<p>JOB PURPOSE<br />
To assist director in accomplish team OGSM, while well allocating and managing the various tasks of day-to-day delivery &amp; operations of digital media, to ensure working efficiency and effectiveness.</p>
<p>ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE<br />
- Operationally reports to Director of Zed Digital<br />
- Functionally reports to Director of Zed Digital<br />
- Position title of subordinates/ Number of subordinates<br />
Supervisor/Executive of Zed Digital: 3-5</p>
<p>KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS<br />
- Internal contacts<br />
Zed Digital team / Planning team / Finance / Buying Team<br />
- External contacts<br />
Clients / Media Vendors / Production Vendors / 3rd Suppliers (DFA, iResearch,…etc)</p>
<p>DESIRED COMPETENCE<br />
- Strategic digital planning experience;<br />
- Strong client management skills;<br />
- Innovative in digital marketing;</p>
<p>DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITES<br />
- Deliver digital strategy and maintain quality control of all projects and plans of clients;<br />
- Supervise and instruct Digital Supervisor/Executive’s document writing;<br />
- Assist the Associate Director and/or the Director in providing training of all subordinates;<br />
- Ensure that projects are produced completely, accurately and with a maximum of manpower efficiency;</p>
<p>EXPERIENCE</p>
<p>Essential:<br />
- Mini. 4-6 years of working experience in marketing/advertising related field for brand management;<br />
- Be detail-oriented, patient and responsible for work;<br />
- Always keep a cool head when facing numbers and pressure;<br />
- Have good education track record in marketing, sensitive with numbers;<br />
- good strategic thinking/communication skill; good project management;<br />
- Be a frequent user of OFFICE software users;</p>
<p>Desirable:<br />
- Have knowledge in the advertising industry, especially in the media sector;<br />
- Mini. 2 years of work experience in an international 4A media agency is preferred;<br />
- Mini. 1-2 years of working experience with mini. 2-3 subordinates;<br />
- Proven ability in successful campaign implementations (third party ad serving and tracking, measurement, billing reconciliation, winning awards)</p>

<h3>Job Title: Media Buying Manager</h3>
<p>Department: Zed Digital<br />
Location: Shanghai</p>
<p>JOB PURPOSE<br />
To assist director in accomplish team media buying and negotiation objective, while well allocating and managing the various buying execution of day-to-day delivery &amp; operations of digital media.</p>
<p>ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE<br />
- Operationally reports to Director of Zed Digital<br />
- Functionally reports to Director of Zed Digital<br />
- Position title of subordinates/ Number of subordinates<br />
Supervisor of Digital Buying: 3-5</p>
<p>KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS<br />
- Internal contacts<br />
Zed Digital team / Planning team / Buying Team/Finance<br />
- External contacts<br />
Clients / Media Vendors / 3rd Suppliers (DFA, iResearch,…etc)</p>
<p>DESIRED COMPETENCE<br />
- Strong digital media relationships, specially with higher level media contacts;<br />
- Strong media negotiation capability to improve media buying deals;<br />
- Very strong execution capability to lead team execute digital projects successfully</p>
<p>DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITES<br />
- Steward and operate of all projects execution of L’Oreal group clients’ digital campaigns;<br />
- Supervise and instruct Digital Supervisor/Executive’s deliveries and execution;<br />
- Assist the Associate Director and/or the Director in media negotiation;<br />
- Ensure that projects are produced completely, accurately and with a maximum of manpower efficiency;</p>
<p>EXPERIENCE</p>

- Mini 1-2 years of working experience in media buying or negotiation;<br />

- Good communication skills;<br />
- Be a frequent user of OFFICE software users;</p>
<p>Desirable:<br />
- Strong media relationships; work experience in an digital media agency, specially the media buying team is preferred;<br />
- 2 years above experience to manage a team with at least 3 subordinates is preferred.</p>

<h3>Job Title: SEM Manager</h3>
<p>Department: Zed Digital<br />
Location: Shanghai</p>
<p>JOB PURPOSE<br />
To take response to operate the SEM team and support all clients in their Search marketing requests. Support director on SEM business objective and development.</p>
<p>ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE<br />
- Operationally reports to Director of Zed Digital<br />
- Functionally reports to Director of Zed Digital<br />
- Position title of subordinates/ Number of subordinates<br />
Supervisor of Zed Digital: 3-5</p>
<p>KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS<br />

- Strategic SEM planning experience;<br />
- Strong SEM keywords management and analytical optimization skills;<br />
- Logical thinking capability to analysis keywords performance and conversion;</p>

- Supervise and instruct Digital Supervisor/Executive’s SEM planning and execution;<br />
- Assist the Associate Director and/or the Director in providing training of all subordinates;<br />
- Ensure that projects are produced completely, accurately and with a maximum of manpower efficiency;</p>
<p>EXPERIENCE</p>
<p>Essential:<br />
- Mini 2 years and above of working experience in search marketing;<br />
- Logical thinking,  detail-oriented, patient and responsible for work;<br />
- Always keep a cool head when facing numbers and pressure;<br />
- Have good education track record in mathematics and marketing, sensitive with numbers;<br />
- Be a frequent user of OFFICE software users;</p>
<p>Desirable:<br />
- 1 year above experience to manage a team with at least 2 subordinates is preferred;<br />
- GAP certification.</p>
