Digital Account Manager

- Can independently lead the team to develop a digital campaign from planning to execution
- Experienced in managing multiple simultaneous projects, involving cross-functional teams, with budget, schedule and resource constraints
- Possess excellent communication (written and oral), analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Advanced negotiation, communication, requirements gathering, documentation, and organization skills with an outstanding attention to detail
- Understand digital technology, branding, communication, customer engagement, digital media investment and creativity to develop leading-edge digital solution to solve client’s marketing/branding issues
- Flexible, hard working, willing to learn, self-challenger, have a passion in the latest digital application
- Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English language

互动设计师

工作要求

• 有2年以上工作经验优先;
• 聪明、机灵、有团队精神、接受挑战和承受高强度的工作压力;
• Idea执行能力强, 和Art director合作, 从Digital idea到Digital执行。
• 熟练操作运用Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash（基本动画操作, 非actionscripts）;
• 有能力将设计页面从PSD转换成HTML＋CSS;
• 了解AJAX, Javascript和网站建设的所有知识, 在执行融入最新技术建议和考虑;
• 拥有自己的互动设计风格优先;
• 若拥有和工作有关的额外能力, 将优先考虑, 如摄影、插画、3D等。

提供的工作培训

• 从执行到思考整个project marketing strategy的参与;
• 工作要求的软件/技术培训;
• 支持发展个人工作有关的额外能力。

面试要求

• 展示互动作品;
• 展示自己在互动设计上的能力。
