互动策划客户总监/客户副总监—Interactive Account Director/Associate Account Director (工作地点:北京)

工作职责:

  1. 为客户的高端网站建设及网络线上活动制定、策划方案,并且帮助客户提出网络行销建议及解决方案,负责项目的提案;
  2. 负责新客户的沟通、老客户的维护,以及客户潜在及延展性需求的实现;
  3. 综合分析客户的产品、竞争对手等各方面的状况信息,不断挖掘客户需求;
  4. 对客户需求的准确把握与引导,并将信息对项目人员执行进行有效传达,帮助项目的准确有效达成;
  5. 管理和激励团队成员,保持团队的良好合作氛围,维护团队合作与凝聚力。

任职资格:

  1. 六年以上大型项目(网站、网络活动)优秀的策划及提案经验;

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the client relationship, including regular meetings, projects and take responsibility for management of campaigns;
  • Act as a liaison with internal and external departments, and develop accurate and realistic creative, print, production and other briefs as necessary;
  • Produce comprehensive and accurate reports and project outlines (e.g.: WIP’s, project plans, timelines etc);
  • Understand the creative, print and website production processes. Accurately assess all work of internal and external departments, and provide corrective guidance where necessary;
  • Keep his/her immediate line manager informed of all activity that is relevant to their business;
  • To manage his/her time effectively to ensure a timely completion of projects;
  • Accurately estimate and bill all work;
  • Track, monitor and report on a running basis the status of all jobs as defined by the client and his/her manager;
  • Ensure an understanding of the client’s business and marketing objectives, specifically the programs on which he/she is working;
  • To have a good working relationship with the clients personnel.

Qualifications Requirements:

  • 6+years’ experience in managing major interactive projects in a previous agency or interactive department function;
  • Thorough understanding of agency functions;
  • Strong communication skills, excellent organizational, time and self-management skills;
  • Detail oriented, with excellent follow through skills;
  • Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure
  • Sound qualitative & quantitative analytical skills and ability to provide professional program / campaign reporting;
  • Confidence and proficiency in presentation;
  • Knowledge of all agency functional areas; including research, creative, production, media, interactive, database and technology services;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Efficiently managing and developing strong relationships with external vendors;

互动创意副总监 Interactive Associate Creative Director   (工作地点:广州)

Primary Function / Position Summary:

The Associate Creative Director will lead and manage the Creative team.  The incumbent will collaborate with the Art Director and Designer to provide our clients with quality Creative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate and manage the Creative team;
  • Develop and create artwork for clients as a practicing Art Director/Designer;
  • Proactively deliver business-building creative solutions for Clients;
  • Insure brand and design consistency across client initiatives;
  • Present concept/design treatments, storyboards and completed work to internal and external clients.

Qualifications Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design;
  • Five to eight years Agency experience, with a comprehensive understanding of Direct Marketing;
  • A digital ‘native’ with knowledge of all existing and emerging digital channels;
  • Experience with Brand websites, SEO/SEM, email campaigns and mobile marketing and other digital channels;
  • Strong people skills–able to lead and motivate creative personnel;
  • Strong presentation skills–ability to persuade, inform and take criticism from clients, while maintaining agency standards and strategic point-of-view.
  • Must be able to inform and drive synergy across communication platforms, be able to successfully translate ideas into other media (web, direct mail, showroom, print, TV and promotions).

Interactive Creative Director  (Copy base; Base in Shanghai)

Responsibilities:

  • Create visual design and concept for Web-based products, optimizing the use of screen design and user interface.
  • Visually integrate and enhance the architecture, UI and navigation outlined by Information Designer, within specs from Team.
  • Coordinate team with other groups especially with the creative management group, directing how final art is visually implemented.
  • Understand basic concept of complete site and convey it to client when Information Designer is not available.
  • Make presentations to clients of creative concepts and designs.
  • Communicate with Information Designer, Project Managers, Technical Team in each stage of design.
  • Sign off that site has been correctly implemented to reflect final approved visual design.
  • Identify and supervise visual designers and freelancers.
  • Stay current on visual design techniques and maintain software tools.  Use the latest techniques and technology to expand the Agency Interactive reputation as a leader in web site design and functionality.
  • Coach and develop visual designers.
  • Recommend measures to improve work process methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
  • Maintain and support all company standards as specified within the Quality Management System.
  • May include other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Requirements:

  1. Four-year degree or training in Advertising or Media.
  2. Strong copy sense and with basic comprehension of information design.
  3. Strong logical thinking, creative design and design style solutions within constrains of Web.
  4. Applies sound concepts of typography, computer mediums.
  5. Basic knowledge in design tools (video, digital/cel animation, VRML, etc.)
  6. Must be able to inform and drive synergy across communication platforms, be able to successfully translate ideas into other media (web, direct mail, showroom, print, TV and promotions).

  • Development and presentation of program ideas and strategies to client and stakeholders;
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the account ensuring the campaigns are on   brief, on time, on budget and delivered to a high level of quality;
