Associate Director (Digital Practice)

Location: Shanghai

Primary Responsibilities:

This is a critical role as we aspire to become the best social media creative agency on the planet. The AD will think up and execute groundbreaking social media campaigns for an incredible lineup of global brands. You’ll also be leading and growing a team of top talents in the market. You’ll work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Digital new business development that includes but is not limited to digital/social media communications strategy.
  • To develop comprehensive campaign plan / CRM strategy and lead generation programs with guidance from Practice Leader, and also to develop campaign review based on data analysis
  • Lead team work on MNC clients to offer ongoing digital counsel; manage client’s social media strategy, content development and social media programs.
  • Manage client relationship, maintaining client satisfaction of project management, executions independently on a day-to-day basis; and ensure client services and deliverables are of a high quality consistent with Agency standards
  • Finance management & evaluate the response in terms of revenue

Qualification:

  • 6+ years’ experience in digital/social media communications in China. 4A digital agency with PR agency’s experience in account service or project management is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate understanding of key client information, including general business strategy, industry trends and issues, products/ services, key opinion leaders, customers and competitors
  • Assist the creation of communications plans to meet client objectives
  • Assist multiple projects for multiple clients from concept to completion by anticipating challenges, troubleshooting problems, proposing solutions, offering client counsel, overseeing quality, and ensuring deadline and budget adherence

Manager (Consumer Practice)

Location: Guangzhou

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, by anticipating challenges and ensuring deadline and budget adherence
  • Consistently produce high quality communications content for clients
  • Lead research, planning and development of comprehensive public relations campaigns
  • Digital/Social Media projects planning and execution.
  • Help pull together cross-practice and cross-geographical teams to provide clients and prospects with the most compelling team and proposal

Qualification:

  • S/he will be familiar with best-practice communications tactics and public relations tools and will be able to appropriately recommend them to executive-level clients and lead the execution of all related projects in house
  • Good research, writing and editing skills (both English and Chinese), as well as the ability to interact with clients professionally and maintain relationships with media members.
  • Good management skills to lead 3-4 team members.

Senior Account Executive- Digital Practice

Location: Beijing

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Research and produce digital strategy for our clients, and partner closely with senior management.
  • Includes Search, SNS, BBS, eCommerce, KOL strategy and overall branded website strategy.
  • Evaluate consumer and industry research, brand information, digital trends and relevant technical and user requirements in order to recommend digital solutions.

Qualification:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience working in digital strategy for international or domestic brands in China.
