互动营销策划Digital Strategic Planner (工作地点:北京)

THE ROLE

The Strategic Digital Planner is critical to achieving our aspirations. (S)he is a digital diehard—familiar with existing and emerging digital media, as well as inquisitive about and plugged in to the China digital scene.

This person is responsible for uncovering consumer insights/ trends, incorporating them into digital advertising strategies, and working collaborating with account and creative team members to deliver award winning communications that engage and delight consumers.

The successful Digital Planner will be a strong team player whose opinion is valued and respected by creative people and account people at the agency, and by clients in both the marketing and research areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze customer and competition landscapes, and derive insights and implications;
  • Understand and constantly review digital trends and user behaviors, and work with client, partners and the team on appropriate strategies;
  • Assist with the crafting of creative briefs to ensure engaging creative communications;
  • Develop top-notch presentations, including proposals, internal creative briefs and client digital strategies;
  • Analyze output from various data measurement, tracking and optimization tools, and develop recommendations for continuous campaign improvement;
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required

REQUIRED EDUCATION, TALENT & SKILLS:

  • BA (or equivalent) in relevant field;
  • 2+years of strategic planning experience within a digital environment;
  • Extensive knowledge of latest digital marketing channels, technologies and trends;
  • Comfort and effectiveness in working with clients;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills;
  • Self-starting and passionate with ability to work under time pressure;
  • Knowledge of art and technical creation and development processes a plus

客户经理 Account Manager Digital (工作地点:北京)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Understand customers’ requirements in functional as well as business aspects in order to support interactive strategy development;
  •  Maintain relationships with key individuals (project owners) at middle management levels of client organization;
  •  Generate campaign/project proposals, pricing as well as critical path;
  • Manage CRM/Interactive strategy development with consulting team;
  • Lead the creation and development of creative briefs;
  • Sound understanding and tracking of client/category competitive environment.

Project Management       

  • Generate proposals and strong PowerPoint skills presentations. Lead proposal generation and development of new ideas for the client.
  • Manage existing projects & or new opportunities within a customer’s organization.

Qualifications:

  • Education/ Experience: BA from an accredited school;
  • Bilingual ( able to work in global environment);
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct or interactive account management and/or management level marketing, a minimum of 2 year of which has been in an agency environment;
  • Experience developing relationship marketing programs for technology clients;
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities;

  2. 负责所有社交媒体(新浪微博、论坛、社区、视频平台等)活动的策划,撰写并执行策划方案;

Senior Account Executive Digital高级客户主任(工作地点:广州)

工作职责:

  1. 客户执行工作:负责网站项目维护的管理、全程监控以及网络线上活动的跟踪管理;
  2. 协助行销项目经理工作,维护客户关系;
  3. 协助项目管理,成本控制和分析;
  4. 协助财务部跟踪客户还款(A/R);

Interactive Associate Creative Director互动创意副总监(工作地点:广州)

Primary Function / Position Summary:

The Associate Creative Director will lead and manage the Creative team.  The incumbent will collaborate with the Art Director and Designer to provide our clients with quality Creative solutions.

Major Responsibilities / Principal Accountabilities:

  • Lead, motivate and manage the Creative team.
  • Develop and create artwork for clients as a practicing Art Director/Designer.
  • Proactively deliver business-building creative solutions for Clients
  • Insure brand and design consistency across client initiatives.
  • Present concept/design treatments, storyboards and completed work to internal and external clients.

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design.
  • Five to eight years Agency experience, with a comprehensive understanding of Direct Marketing.

  • Experience with Brand websites, SEO/SEM, email campaigns and mobile marketing and other digital channels.
  • Strong people skills–able to lead and motivate creative personnel.

  • Work closely with Group Head to establish original concepts, visual treatments and voice for copywriting efforts;
  • Work with client content to adapt it to the needs for the project;
  • Work closely with UX for content strategizing;

  4. 消化客户的反馈意见,提出不同视觉表现形式进行设计。

任职要求:

Interactive Creative Director

Major Responsibilities: 

  • Create visual design and concept for Web-based products, optimizing the use of screen design and user interface.
  • Visually integrate and enhance the architecture, UI and navigation outlined by Information Designer, within specs from Team.
  • Coordinate team with other groups especially with the creative management group, directing how final art is visually implemented.
  • Understand basic concept of complete site and convey it to client when Information Designer is not available.
  • Make presentations to clients of creative concepts and designs.
  • Communicate with Information Designer, Project Managers, Technical Team in each stage of design.
  • Sign off that site has been correctly implemented to reflect final approved visual design.
  • Identify and supervise visual designers and freelancers.
  • Stay current on visual design techniques and maintain software tools.  Use the latest techniques and technology to expand the Agency Interactive reputation as a leader in web site design and functionality.
  • Coach and develop visual designers.
  • Recommend measures to improve work process methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
  • Maintain and support all company standards as specified within the Quality Management System.

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:

  • Four-year degree or training in Graphic Design or Advertising.
  • Expert in design software on Photoshop, Image Ready, Illustrator skills required.
  • Knowledge of Dreamweaver, Front Page Director, JavaScript, Flash.
  • Basic comprehension of information design.
  • Expert HTML, capabilities of browsers and design constraints on the Web.
  • Strong design style and creative design solutions within constrains of Web.
  • Applies sound concepts of typography, computer mediums.
