A community manager is responsible for developing and producing a social media plan in line with the client’s overall brand goals. The Community Manager will lead the overall editorial process of a branded community while developing strategies for activating conversations and ensuring timely monitoring and response.

  • Interfaces directly with Account Service team and clients to understand business needs and translate into actionable social media plan especially through monthly content calendar
  • Plans and drives overall content calendar including production and publishing of social media content
  • Builds and maintains content distribution network by way of social media channels
  • Works with client to create and revise social media guidelines in order to facilitate business matters
  • Liaison with Account Service, Digital Producers to generate content on a daily basis
  • Monitors social media communities to ensure timely responses as well as ensuring social media conversations are meaningful and true to brand
  • Works with Digital Strategist to develop cross channel community engagement strategies and tactics to meet business/communication objectives
  • Works with Digital Strategist to analyze campaigns and translates anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the social media campaigns
  • Works with Digital Strategist and through oversight of Social Media Writer, identifies conversation opportunities and concepts tactical activation ideas in line with overall brand goals
  • Through oversight of Social Media Writer collaborates on and creates content for feeds and snippets in various social media sites
  • Through oversight of Social Media Writer continuously participates in conversations surrounding our brand, products and content
  • Through oversight of Social Media Writer acts as the eyes and ears of our brand
  • Through oversight of Data Analyst creates and updates daily, weekly and monthly reports

  • Chinese as mother tongue and fluent in English, spoken and written required

The Interactive Producer is responsible for translating creative ideas into project plans and deliverables for Internet, mobile and related content-based advertising applications while staying within budget and schedule parameters.

  • Delivers multiple, often concurrent, projects: error free, on time or early, on or under budget, all while meeting or exceeding creative objectives and expectations
  • Works closely with internal team of Designers, Developers and Creatives to define project requirements, develop timeline and budget, identify technical considerations and designate areas of responsibility among Interactive team
  • Actively manages all day-to-day aspects of production by developing detailed project schedules, managing project scope, documenting change requests, facilitating project meetings, reviewing all project deliverables for quality and accuracy, maintaining project documentation and identifying project risk
  • Works with Creatives to determine overall look and feel for sites including architecture and navigation, back-end integration and content development
  • Serves as the client-facing member of the Interactive team, able to explain technical and interactive concepts to clients of varying degrees of interactive knowledge
  • Communicates actively with Creative, Account Services and Business Affairs departments and clients on all aspects of the production including milestones, deliverables and due dates to keep the production process flowing smoothly
  • Tracks and reports on website usage; coordinates URL registration and search engine optimization and solicits feedback on the customer experience
  • Keeps abreast of industry trends by reviewing Internet content and industry magazines and websites

The Account Services Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing all administrative support to the Account Services group by scheduling team travel, internal and client meetings, preparing expense reports, submitting timesheets, status reports, and performing other duties as needed.

  • Provides administrative support to Nike Business Director, Account Director and Senior Planner (e.g., submit expenses, fill out time sheets, manage schedules, etc).
  • Plans internal meetings by coordinating participants’ schedules, booking conference rooms, ordering catering, and requesting any audio needs
  • Helps prepare and collect presentation boards and PowerPoint presentations for client meetings
  • Researches trends both on and offline within client category
  • Works with studio, producers and project management to create ship schedules and to open and close job numbers
  • Schedules and participates in client meetings when requested
  • Helps prepare client presentations in PowerPoint and Adobe
  • Assists Account team with production needs including but not limited to planning pre-production meetings and shipping products and materials to shoot locations; attends photo shoots if requested to do so
  • Works with Project Managers to update weekly status reports by tracking down team members and retrieving any missing campaign specifics
  • Creates and tracks actual costs vs. budgeted estimates for non-production related travel and miscellaneous jobs – revises estimates as needed
  • Compiles launch materials and dates for PR Manager for major campaigns
  • Organizes meetings needs such as catering, reserving conference rooms, gathering AV equipment and collecting presentation boards from studio
  • Organizes team off sites to encourage bonding and brainstorming opportunities
  • Coordinates travel for all team members by working with W+K Travel Manager
  • Prepares and submits Business Directors expense reports to accounting department
  • Participates in award show submissions by asking Creative Directors which creative should be entered, and then working together with PR Manager to coordinate
  • Provides added value to the client by researching the brands, its category and its competitors
  • Provides administrative support as requested to Business Directors
