CRM ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

– Lead consultation on direct marketing strategies and processes.
– Present strategies to clients and refine the strategy for the execution phase.
– Define detailed campaign scope, marketing objectives, milestones, business/functional and infrastructure requirements.
– Clarify the target customer base, value proposition and success measures.
– Recommend profiling, segmentation, and modeling to support client’s strategies.
– Perform. data analyses as part of the execution of direct marketing projects.
– Use reporting and analysis tools to provide insight to clients on the success of their marketing programs.
– Contribute to pre-sales efforts, including proposal generation and campaign idea generation.
– Motivate, develop and mentor junior team members.
– Collaborate with team to make sure that the below-the-line strategy is integrated with the overall brand campaign.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

– 5 years experience in direct marketing, data services or online marketing agencies.
– A portfolio of previously managed work, including direct mail, collateral and point of sale material – additionally, on-line or mobile marketing work experience and call centre briefing/scripting experience will be viewed favorably.
– Passion to advance yourself as an integrated marketer.
– A proven track record of managing Account Executives in an agency environment.
– Good written and oral English; CET-6 or above.
– Open-minded and ambitious with high integrity.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

How long should an Employee work in this Position before moving ahead?
– 18 months.
