Job Title: Planning Manager

Department: Zed Digital
Location: Shanghai

JOB PURPOSE
To assist director in accomplish team OGSM, while well allocating and managing the various tasks of day-to-day delivery & operations of digital media, to ensure working efficiency and effectiveness.

ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
– Operationally reports to Director of Zed Digital
– Functionally reports to Director of Zed Digital
– Position title of subordinates/ Number of subordinates
Supervisor/Executive of Zed Digital: 3-5

KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
– Internal contacts
Zed Digital team / Planning team / Finance / Buying Team
– External contacts
Clients / Media Vendors / Production Vendors / 3rd Suppliers (DFA, iResearch,…etc)

DESIRED COMPETENCE
– Strategic digital planning experience;
– Strong client management skills;
– Innovative in digital marketing;

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
– Deliver digital strategy and maintain quality control of all projects and plans of clients;
– Supervise and instruct Digital Supervisor/Executive’s document writing;
– Assist the Associate Director and/or the Director in providing training of all subordinates;
– Ensure that projects are produced completely, accurately and with a maximum of manpower efficiency;

EXPERIENCE

Essential:
– Mini. 4-6 years of working experience in marketing/advertising related field for brand management;
– Be detail-oriented, patient and responsible for work;
– Always keep a cool head when facing numbers and pressure;
– Have good education track record in marketing, sensitive with numbers;
– good strategic thinking/communication skill; good project management;
– Be a frequent user of OFFICE software users;

Desirable:
– Have knowledge in the advertising industry, especially in the media sector;
– Mini. 2 years of work experience in an international 4A media agency is preferred;
– Mini. 1-2 years of working experience with mini. 2-3 subordinates;
– Proven ability in successful campaign implementations (third party ad serving and tracking, measurement, billing reconciliation, winning awards)

 

Job Title: Media Buying Manager

Department: Zed Digital
Location: Shanghai

JOB PURPOSE
To assist director in accomplish team media buying and negotiation objective, while well allocating and managing the various buying execution of day-to-day delivery & operations of digital media.

ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
– Operationally reports to Director of Zed Digital
– Functionally reports to Director of Zed Digital
– Position title of subordinates/ Number of subordinates
Supervisor of Digital Buying: 3-5

KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
– Internal contacts
Zed Digital team / Planning team / Buying Team/Finance
– External contacts
Clients / Media Vendors / 3rd Suppliers (DFA, iResearch,…etc)

DESIRED COMPETENCE
– Strong digital media relationships, specially with higher level media contacts;
– Strong media negotiation capability to improve media buying deals;
– Very strong execution capability to lead team execute digital projects successfully

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
– Steward and operate of all projects execution of L’Oreal group clients’ digital campaigns;
– Supervise and instruct Digital Supervisor/Executive’s deliveries and execution;
– Assist the Associate Director and/or the Director in media negotiation;
– Ensure that projects are produced completely, accurately and with a maximum of manpower efficiency;

EXPERIENCE

Essential:
– Mini. 4 years of working experience in digital marketing or related;
– Mini 1-2 years of working experience in media buying or negotiation;
– Logical thinking,  detail-oriented, patient and responsible for work;
– Always keep a cool head when facing numbers and pressure;
– Have good education track record in mathematics and marketing, sensitive with numbers;
– Good communication skills;
– Be a frequent user of OFFICE software users;

Desirable:
– Strong media relationships; work experience in an digital media agency, specially the media buying team is preferred;
– 2 years above experience to manage a team with at least 3 subordinates is preferred.

 

Job Title: SEM Manager

Department: Zed Digital
Location: Shanghai

JOB PURPOSE
To take response to operate the SEM team and support all clients in their Search marketing requests. Support director on SEM business objective and development.

ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
– Operationally reports to Director of Zed Digital
– Functionally reports to Director of Zed Digital
– Position title of subordinates/ Number of subordinates
Supervisor of Zed Digital: 3-5

KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
– Internal contacts
Zed Digital team / Planning team
– External contacts
Clients / Media Vendors / 3rd Suppliers (DFA, iResearch,…etc)

DESIRED COMPETENCE
– Strategic SEM planning experience;
– Strong SEM keywords management and analytical optimization skills;
– Logical thinking capability to analysis keywords performance and conversion;

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
– Steward and operate of all projects and plans of clients search engine projects;
– Supervise and instruct Digital Supervisor/Executive’s SEM planning and execution;
– Assist the Associate Director and/or the Director in providing training of all subordinates;
– Ensure that projects are produced completely, accurately and with a maximum of manpower efficiency;

EXPERIENCE

Essential:
– Mini 2 years and above of working experience in search marketing;
– Logical thinking,  detail-oriented, patient and responsible for work;
– Always keep a cool head when facing numbers and pressure;
– Have good education track record in mathematics and marketing, sensitive with numbers;
– Be a frequent user of OFFICE software users;

Desirable:
– 1 year above experience to manage a team with at least 2 subordinates is preferred;
– GAP certification.
