Digital CRM Account Manager (Digital Marketing / Social Media)

Location: Beijing, China

Overview of Role

An exciting new position has been created to facilitate the CRM activity of a global automotive brand and this role is based onsite with our clients in Beijing.

We have an opportunity for an experienced dCRM Account Manager who can provide deep insight into Social Media and Digital Marketing. The role will mange key client engagements and will make it easy for clients to make business decisions – based on consumer insight.

You will drive strategy across all digital channels and identify key insights. From your onsite location, you will manage client expectations and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver targeted consumer marketing solutions. You will provide strategic direction and advice that strengthens the client:agency relationship.

You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of impactful digital marketing solutions, and will be pivotal in proving the ROI and effectiveness of these solutions. Key to the success of the role will be your ability to identify, report on, and provide actionable insights from a range of digital sources.

Relevant Experience

You must be a highly competent Account Manager with the flexibility and tenacity to act independently on your own initiative. You must possess an exceptionally service oriented mindset and combine this with high level communication skills and a customer centric approach.

You will be a strategic thinker who is able to go beyond the client’s brief to provide holistic thinking to problems and will have a proven track record in delighting clients by means of impeccable delivery. In addition to this you will need to be a team player, able to work with analysts and colleagues from the agency network and the client.

Candidates must have a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques. A firm understanding of social media within the Chinese markets is imperative.

You will have gained previous experience either client side or agency side and Automotive Industry experience is an advantage. You must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Information technology or Human-Computer Interaction or related discipline
  • Significant knowledge and experience in social media marketing and location based services
  • Knowledge of Excel and MS office tools

Essential Language Skills Required: English (Fluent Written and Spoken)

Database Marketing Analyst / Manager

Location: Beijing, China

Overview of Role

We have created a new opportunity for an experienced Database Analyst who can provide deep insight into database technology. The role shall mange key client engagements across social and digital marketing channels and is to be based onsite with our key client in Beijing which is a Global Automotive brand.

You will identify key insights that drive better targeting and deliver sales. From your onsite location, you will manage client expectations and promote the planning, analysis & research functions to clients. You will work with our account teams in the development of data driven communications programmes and will manage key data strategy issues involving quality, consistency and growth across customer and prospecting databases.
You will provide support to an in-house team specialising in site optimisation, search optimisation, and social media analysis. Your responsibility will be to review, interpret, and draw conclusions from the range of digital data available and to use the range of web analysis tools available to process data and present insightful conclusions and recommendations.
You will champion the client business requirements in the data arena especially the new data capture processes.

Relevant Experience

Candidates must have a strong understanding of classical analytical techniques – offline and online. A firm understanding of customer relationship management and marketing is imperative. You will have data analysis experience either client side or agency side and Automotive Industry experience is an advantage.
You should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Information technology or Human-Computer Interaction or related discipline
  • Good level of experience in a marketing or business analytics setting
  • Experience with at least one of the major web analytics packages
  • Knowledge and experience in social marketing
  • Expertise in one or more social media monitoring tools, for example Radian 6, Buzz Logic, Market Sentinel, Trupulse, Onalytica.
  • Expertise with one or more of Omniture, Hitbox (Incl Visual Sciences), Hitwise, Webtrends, Coremetrics, Google Analytics, Sophus
  • Knowledge of Excel and MS office tools

Essential Language Skills Required: Mandarin and English (Fluent Written and Spoken)
