Project Manager

Job Description:
Drive cutting edge interactive marketing projects. You will work with consultants, technology and engagement team to define and deliver best in class solutions to our clients. The senior project manager will be responsible for managing creative and technical execution of projects from conception through delivery. This includes project team management, project resource management, budget planning and tracking, detailed project documentation, and project performance and overall quality.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • At least 3 year experience in equivalent (AM / PM) position
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously & efficiently, performs well under pressure
  • Significant full life cycle systems development knowledge and experience.
  • Knowledge with Web development standards and architectures.
  • Some understanding and/or knowledge of EC and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of web and application development, web design and digital marketing is a big plus
  • Experience developing project functionality documents, flowcharts, & cost estimates
  • Skilled with MS Project, Visio and MS Office product suite or similar products (eg. Axure, OmniGraffle, Merlin etc)
  • Knowledge in creating accurate timelines and resource plans
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability and desire to deliver projects on time, with high quality, and within budget.
  • Fluent in Chinese is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Projects: Lead multiple, concurrent, high profile web marketing, design, development, and application projects. Oversee and manage all aspects of projects including negotiation, scope, timelines, scheduling, execution and delivery
  • Design Solutions: Work with engagement and consulting team to turn marketing strategies and objectives into to executable solutions. Manage requirements gathering, project scope and proposing technical solutions as well as delivery strategy.
  • Plan Delivery: Take responsibility for the budgeting and resource allocation for a proposed solution ensuring a quality solution on time and on budget. Plan project resources, project time lines and maintain a strong understanding project risks and dependencies. Build delivery plan and budget and be the main point of contact for all internal and external project resources and stakeholders.
  • Manage Delivery: Manage details of project delivery making sure projects are on track. Organize and manage all internal or external teams and tasks necessary for successful testing and implementation. Monitor and communicate project progress to all stakeholders and provide direction and guidance to project team members and managing customer expectations.
  • Coordinate & Perform Quality Assurance and Usability testing for projects you manage.

Senior Account Director/Account Director

Job Duties:

  • Builds strong relationships within client organizations through quality work and thought
  • Provide strategic communications to senior clients
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships at all levels of the client organization with the aim of understanding the clients core business strategy
  • Collaborate with clients to agree on specific goals and develop marketing and brand strategies to meet clients goals

Account Manager

Overall Role:
The Account Manager is reporting to Account Director, and responsible for coordinating and leading Agency resources in order to meet Clients needs. In this role, the Account Manager has responsibility for Agency output and provides perspective in the development of the highest quality marketing product.

Digital Producer

Summary:

  • Digital project manager/Producer leads and manages the delivery of digital projects in the full project lifecycle. The candidate will facilitate the discovery, definition of the strategy/idea generation and delivery of the digital projects that integrates business strategies with the creative and technical solutions.
  • The candidate produces and manages the detailed project plans, resource and cost estimates based on the requirements gathered during the pre-production phase. Coordinate the efforts of the creative, technical, client services and search teams throughout development and deployment phases.
  • Adept in the digital/interactive environment with good understanding of Technology, Web Strategy, Marketing and User Experience
  • Lead and manage technical functional/architecture design, usability study and solution development

Responsibilities:

  • Performs detailed evaluation of client business environment including customer needs, capabilities/assets, and competitive realities to identify unique market opportunities and threats
  • Leads the development of marketing/interactive strategies to address identified market opportunities. Structures and presents recommendations to senior client leadership for approval
