Account Executive

Main Responsibilities:
- Help AM or AD to develop positive relationships with all clients that reflect true partnership in achieving the goals of the client’s business
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the client business and marketing objectives
- Work with other team members to identify gaps in the client’s and agency’s knowledge of the target audience and/or market opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of the target audiences’ attitudes, behaviour and perceptions (with a focus on digital), using a variety of market information and research data
- Build an understanding of digital marketing best practices drawing on the successes and failures of other brands in various industries
- Help to educate the clients on online marketing strategies and tactics; coordinate training sessions and/or documents as needed
- Be a trusted, knowledgeable source of information and trends in digital marketing
- Marketing research
- Copywriting
- Positively represent Profero at all times
- Reports to an Account Manager and sometimes to account director
 
Main Requirements:
- Major in advertising, marketing, media, communications or other related subjects;
- Passion of online;
- Understanding of Chinese internet;
- Accurate and precise in calculation, respect of deadlines and happy to work under pressure;
- Understands, and utilizes diverse problem-solving approaches. Pro-active and actively seeks input from others and is solution driven;
- Collaborates effectively with other teams or groups to the benefit of the team; Have a “can do” attitude;
- Excellent ability to communicate both in written and orally, in both Chinese and English is a MUST;
- Asks for and listens to feedback and suggestions. Continuous improvement mentality;
- Great skills to search information online;
- High attention to detail.
