客户群总监 Group Account Director

Report to: Managing Partner, International Clients

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to Project Development
  • Contribute to pre-sales efforts, including proposal generation and development of new service offerings.
  • Generate proposals, presentations, and pricing.
  • Seeks additional revenue opportunities by always being aware of scope changes, upgrade opportunities within existing engagements, or new opportunities within a customer’s organization.

Account Management

  • Support 2-4 clients dependent on revenue size and project complexity
  • Rationalize and deliver projected revenue from existing clients, direct and participate in initiatives that generate new revenue from clients.
  • Maintain relationships with key individuals at all levels of client organization
  • Assure flawless execution of client projects, prioritize resources, and keep team and other groups informed of progress and changes
  • Create and develop annual account plans and participate in regular account reviews with project teams and account management.
  • Participate in strategy development
  • Ensure effective staffing levels and quality of staff for required client deliverables including business development proposals.
  • Confident interacting with executive teams.
  • Overall, manage regular revenue and pipeline reporting. Specifically, maintain profitability report on project/campaign basis.
  • Develop ideas for client events (e.g., Client Roundtable) to ensure significant value add, and promote all Ogilvy & Mather Advertising capabilities to clients on a regular basis. (360 group leader)
  • Spearhead communication/dissemination of important company and industry news.
  • Manage pipeline forecasting, account planning and account review process.
  • Manage account team by coaching, training, career development project oversight.
  • Adhere to company guidelines, such as timely completion of performance reviews and time sheets, accurate revenue forecasts and achieving average utilization of 75% or better.
  • Help to create standards (documentation/strategies/process) that become Ogilvy & Mather Advertising best practices
  • Routinely review client roster with management to assess business potential and profitability of account relationships.
  • Make sure that reporting and operation procedures of account management are efficient and evolving to address changing client and management needs (e.g., contact reporting, status and revenue reports, etc.).

Document Ownership

  • Support creation of Statements of Work and support generation of cost estimates.
  • Oversee the timely production of clear, concise written documentation for project deliverables.
  • Oversee account’s revenue performance reporting and the creation of effective revenue tracking and forecasting.
  • Develop case studies for major campaigns and publish them on Truffles
  • Domain Expert
  • Write white papers and case studies on account management best practices and emerging issues.
  • Serve as the internal expert for your account management team.
  • Contribute to 360’ pitches and business development.
  • Expand knowledge of additional software and new technologies as they develop, where applicable, and keep abreast with industry/category best practice.
  • Strong understanding and tracking of client/category competitive environment.
  • Lead the creation and development of creative briefs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education/ Experience: BA from an accredited school.
  • 8 years of account management and/or management level marketing, a minimum of 6 year of which has been in an agency environment; preferably with a combination of marketing, branding, business process, with FMCG industry exposure.
  • Understanding business and industry, identifying issues, providing sound marketing direction and solutions.
  • Proven success in account growth and revenue generation.
  • Demonstrated strategic or consultative approach to account management.
  • Strong aptitude for building “partner” relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong understanding of marketing techniques including ATL and BTL development, as well as an understanding of overall marketing strategy and integrated communications.
  • Technical Requirements: Proficiency with PC, as well as proficient use of Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel.
  • Interpersonal Requirements: Keen attention to detail.
  • Strong account management, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • Proven track record executing complex projects
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization, from project manager to executive, while still introducing elements of fun and humor in the workplace.
  • Ability to develop and motivate a team and assist with the integration of the Account Management group within Ogilvy & Mather Advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to be open to new ideas from team members, coworkers, industry sources and clients.
  • Ability to manage several projects at once.

Strategic Planner

  • Identifying key audience segments, value propositions and contact plans.
  • Working with the brand concepts to ensure a successful integration with ATL/BTL execution.
  • Defining performance criteria and overseeing results measurement.
  • Ensuring campaigns stay “on strategy” during the lifecycle of the project.
  • Contribute to project opportunity identification and development.
  • This is a high visibility role which requires good presentation, coordination, communication and negotiation skills.
