1.     Digital Planner

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Study competitive landscape and provide insights and implications to brand teams
  • Work closely with Wunderman’s own Optimization and Analytics Team to deliver insightful monthly and quarterly digital and social monitoring reports
  • Understand and actively review digital trends/user behaviors and actively express those with all parties involved (client, team member, etc.)
  • Assist with the crafting of creative briefs to ensure engaging creative communications
  • Collaborate with Client and Account Management to assess Client needs and develop project plan, project scope document and project timeline
  • Monitor results from various data measurement, tracking and optimization tools and advise the client on implications, opportunities and options driven by those results.
  • Quality control of all interactive output
  • Relationship building and management with other WUNDERMAN offices and Partners from account service, planning and media to creative, production and analytics.
  • Manage, monitor, develop and execute multiple digital projects

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 3+ years of strategic planning experience within a digital environment. (candidates with a strong background in traditional planning may be considered for a similar role)
  • Demonstrateable experience in at least one of the following areas: website usability & navigation, click stream data analysis, web analytics, SEO, or Social Monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of latest interactive marketing technologies and trends, including experience with brand websites, SEO/SEM, email campaigns and mobile marketing
  • Extensive knowledge of online media & local market consumer web trends
  • Outstanding and persuasive client-facing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and strong English abilities
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong sense of initiative and ability to meet deadlines with quality work
  • Knowledge of technical creation and development processes
  • An understanding of basic web analytics and desire to learn industry best practices

2.     Business Director /GAD – Digital

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead account management team, providing effective guidance and instruction
  • Execute rewards marketing platforms targeting top customer adoption, usage and implementation challenges
  • Deliver lifecycle management strategies core to client’s long term profitability objectives in the sales and aftersales segments
  • Develop affinity partner programs that create win-win synergy for Ford client and partners
  • Lead and manage data insights, interactive and creative teams in implementing class-leading solutions and ensure agency resources are used effectively.
  • Produce comprehensive and accurate reports and project outlines (e.g.: WIP’s, project plans, timelines etc)
  • Track, monitor and report on a running basis the status of all jobs as defined by the client and his/her manager

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 10+ years experience in digital, loyalty marketing function, either with a marketing services company, ad agency or client (automobile, banking, airlines, retailers or insurance experience is preferred)
  • Previous experience with local market points and rewards programs a definite advantage
  • Thorough understanding of agency functions
  • Solid grasp of direct marketing principles and implementation skills, being data savvy is important
  • Strong communication skills, excellent organizational, time and self management skills
  • Detail oriented, with excellent follow through skills
  • Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure

3.     Account Director

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage all aspects of the client relationship, including regular meetings, projects and take responsibility for management of campaigns
  • Act as a liaison with internal and external departments, and develop accurate and realistic creative, print, production and other briefs as necessary
  • Produce comprehensive and accurate reports and project outlines (e.g.: WIP’s, project plans, timelines etc)
  • Understand the creative, print and website production processes. Accurately assess all work of internal and external departments, and provide corrective guidance where necessary
  • Keep his/her immediate line manager informed of all activity that is relevant to their business
  • To manage his/her time effectively to ensure a timely completion of projects
  • Accurately estimate and bill all work
  • Track, monitor and report on a running basis the status of all jobs as defined by the client and his/her manager
  • Ensure an understanding of the client’s business and marketing objectives, specifically the programs on which he/she is working.
  • To have a good working relationship with the clients personnel

  • 7+ years experience in managing major interactive projects in a previous agency or interactive department function
  • Thorough understanding of agency functions
  • Strong communication skills, excellent organizational, time and self management skills

REQUIRED SKILLS:

6.     Account Director – CRM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the formulation of client strategy plans
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with their key clients.
  • Lead and manage the other members of the Account team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring a high quality of output and team morale (from strategy formulation, creative through to production and implementation)
  • Day to day lead for account team, data insights, interactive and creative teams in implementing class-leading solutions and ensure agency resources are used effectively.
  • Maintain thorough up-to-date knowledge of client’s business.  Keeps abreast of all facets of the business, including new business opportunities.
  • Is the creative “teams’” main day to day contact, providing direction on creative briefs and generating enthusiasm/trust from the team with which they work
  • Is a sound judge of creative work and is able to coherently argue the case for working being on or off brief.
  • Is responsible for overseeing the production of all campaigns produced
  • Ensure financial management and control, including client budget, expense reporting, and campaign profits/losses and monthly agency forecasting, tracking and billing.
  • Grow a dynamic, knowledgeable and pro-active Wunderman team.  Conduct performance management and goal assessment of staff.
  • Support other account teams on other client business as and when required.
  • Conduct performance management and goal assessment of direct-reports.

Database Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide final version of report including insight and recommendation based on the reports prepared by DA/DE
  • Support client’s data requirements for all data-driven marketing activity.
  • Champion data quality within client’s customer database.
  • Contribute to delivering the highest quality of Data Services to Wunderman’s clients.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Query writing skills with 1. SQL or Access 2. Excel
  • Good knowledge of database architectures and data schema
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Access
  • Understanding of CRM and database marketing
  • Experience in documentation of business rules (preferred)
  • Ability to foresee problems and uncover the fundamental issues relating to data management
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience of SPSS or other statistical applications preferred

8.     Backend Developer (Java)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 按照需求制定DB结构和搭建后台逻辑架构;

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 精通Java语言、Oracle数据库;

9.     HTML Programmer

  • 三年以上相关工作经验(面试时须此方面作品);
  • 熟知网页标准化开发的相关流程;
  • 具备较强的CSS、JS及HTML代码手写能力;
  • 熟练运用Prototype、JQuery、YUI等JS框架(任一即可);
  • 热爱前端开发,具备良好的编程习惯;
