Account Manager

(We have 2 Account Manager openings, Shanghai & Shenzhen.)

  • Establish requirements of brief and work with AAD/AD to develop creative brief
  • Effectively delegate specific tasks based on Brief requirements.
  • Assist in the co-ordination, writing and verbal briefing of internal and external resources as required e.g. creative, production, third party specialists etc.
  • Co-ordinate creative and operation management aspects of Agency’s response to client brief.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each process involved in a project and execute actions required when they arise.
  • Bachelor or above, 3 years above working experience, experience in 4A agency is preferred.
  • Excellent skills in both written and spoken English

Senior Graphic Designer

  • Creative, strong conceptual and execution skills, sensible, team-player and resourceful.
  • Solid experience in conceptual development and execution for BTL (POSM, print advertisements & marketing collaterals).
  • Highly proficient in Macintosh software e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator etc. (Knowledge in 3D & internet applications would be an advantage)
  • Able to handle projects independently from idea conceptualization, layout presentation to finished artwork and production.
  • Related FMCG experience will be an advantage.

Assistant to Managing Director

  • The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently.
  • Must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and programs.
  • The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.


  • Bachelor or above, 3 years above working experience, at least 3 years experience in supporting GM/VP’s work, MNCs working experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent calendar management skills, experience scheduling travel arrangements for boss
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Team work player, highly responsible.
  • Excellent skills in both written and spoken English
