1. Manage a team of two to three Account Executives or freshers;
2. Put strategy and action plan decisions into action;
3. Manage internal relationships with Creative and Techical departments;
4. Present agency’s creative ideas to clients and handle budget matters;
5. Assist Business Director to develop new business;
6. Understand and maintain BlueDoor’s mission and values.
1. 2-3 years experience in an advertising agency (international 4A agency is preferred);
2. Mature personality with dynamic and fashionable outlook;
3. Experience of working with famous Motor Vehicle, Telecommunications or FMCG brand team;
4. Bachelor’s degree required(Major in Marketing or advertising is preferred);
5. Interactive experience is NOT a must but general understanding of digital marketing required;
6. Good proposal writing and presentation skills;
7. Good English reading and writing.
