Client Services Director
Nurun, is actively looking for a fun and hardworking Client Service Director to join their exciting team
The role of Director, Client Services is to provide leadership and mentoring to designated account teams in order to retain and grow business to achieve specified targets. This will be achieved by leading the development and presentation of well focused proposals based on a thorough understanding of Client’s marketing communication needs and excellent professional relationships with key client personnel.
With the aim of maximising our services to our clients the Client Services Director will provide a strategic approach to how we service all our clients. Working with Account Directors, who will report directly to you, you will make recommendations to the CEO on how to raise the level of NURUN’s full service offering. You will report directly to the CEO.
The Client Services Director has a responsibility to understand the digital communications landscape alongside the broader marketing landscape and should be able to consider client and agency issues at a strategic level. Whilst you might have accounts of your own (P&G), the Client Services Director is expected to manage and mentor the Account Directors.
‘Raise the game’ of NURUN China’s offering, identifying gaps and making strategic recommendations around our offering.
