Account Director—客户总监(互动策划)—上海

工作职责:

  1. 为客户的高端网站建设及网络线上活动制定、策划方案,并且帮助客户提出网络行销建议及解决方案;需负责项目的提案;
  2. 负责新客户的沟通、老客户的维护,以及客户潜在及延展性需求的实现;
  3. 综合分析客户的产品、竞争对手等各方面的状况信息,不断挖掘客户需求;
  4. 对客户需求的准确把握与引导,并将信息对项目人员执行进行有效传达,帮助项目的准确有效达成;

任职资格:

  1. 具有大型项目(网站、网络活动)优秀的策划及提案经验;
  2. 能够针对客户的行业及实际特征提出互联网方面的行销策略;
  3. 较强的沟通及表达能力。具有大型客户服务经验;
  4. 必须:英文听说读写流利;
  5. 较强的项目管理能力及经验;
  6. 较强的适应意识及适应能力

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and for the output of CRM, direct marketing and creative strategies
  2. Must use his/her experience of the discipline to drive constant improvement. The job scope covers: client service, development of customer insights based on data, development of CRM strategy and lead generation programs
  3. A previous background in Direct Marketing and CRM in either Agency or Client Role is preferred
  4. Fluency in Mandarin and English .

任职资格:

网站数据分析师

工作职责:

 

  1. 负责客户网络广告数据及网站数据分析,撰写和汇报分析报告;
  2. 为项目决策提供数据支持

技能要求:

  1. 大学专科以上学历,统计、市场研究、应用数学、计算机和数据挖掘相关专业优先;1年以上数据分析工作经验。
  2. 熟练应用EXCEL、Powerpoint
  3. 有一定的数据分析能力,善于从海量数据中总结规律;敏锐的观察力,可及时根据积累的数据发现潜在的问题,有互联网数据分析(电子商务公司或4A广告公司数据分析)背景者优先;
  4. 沟通能力强,善于倾听与表达。

媒介专员

工作职责:

  1. 根据对网络目标受众的洞察建立网络营销战略、策划,推动品牌/产品的网络化发展,传递品牌/产品的特质和影响;
  2. 根据客户的市场营销战略,深入理解客户的网络营销需求;
  3. 管理、协调客户项目的网络营销、策划工作;
  4. 制定高质量的网络营销策划方案;
  5. 协助对客户的网络营销战略、策划的提案,负责网络营销执行、网络媒体外联、排期制作、数据整理
  6. 理解并积极寻求网络媒体解决方案,帮助客户达到特定的网络传播目的或受众;
  7. 对客户的网络媒体传播效果进行优化;
  8. 负责网络行业竞品调研分析、线上活动组织推广等工作.

职位要求:

  1. 至少1年以上的网络媒体策划或相关的经验(有4A经验、各大门户网站工作、服务大客户经验者优先);
  2. 本科以上学历,广告、市场营销或相关专业;
  3. 具备极强的网络营销策划、活动推广、提案、沟通能力,极强的工作责任心,熟悉英语和普通话;

Associate Creative Director – Design Base

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Think conceptually and solve business problems presented by the client
  • Understand the marketing objectives and demonstrate an ability to deliver the “message”. Understanding of brand, product, digital media, and how people interact with each of them
  • Responsible for overseeing, inspiring and leading creative’s across a portfolio of brands.
  • Needn’t have spent whole career in digital, although digital experience is an obvious plus.
  • Assist in the recruitment and development of the creative team
  • Oversees the design process by meeting regularly with designers and Account Management to assess project development, review work product and determine whether project is on target and within the scope of the Creative Brief.
  • Act as a client liaison by presenting various stages of work product to the client
  • Acts as a mentor to departmental employees
  • Provides supervision and oversight to freelance staff
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and time constraints, must possess a strong detail-orientation and solid organizational skills, and must possess a strong team-orientation.

Personal skill requirement

  • Read and write Mandarin fluently, speak English fluently.
  • 7 years and above experience

Senior Interactive Designer

Objective:

Working under the supervision of the Creative Director and Art Directors, Senior Designers are responsible for the look and feel exploration, conceptual and visual development as well as the final execution of design directions. This role requires broad knowledge and advanced skills in visual design, information architecture, user interface, web standards, and a solid understanding of available client-side technologies. The Senior Designer may be asked to assist in training and mentoring junior design department staff members.

Interested candidates should present a body of work that:

  • Demonstrates a passion for interactive development
  • Exhibits stylistic breadth, attention to detail, and balances beauty, innovation, and usability
  • Proves their facility with interface design, rich media design, and multi-channel design
  • All applicants should supply an online portfolio

Basic Requirements:

  • Demonstrated record of creating cutting-edge and original design solutions on tight deadlines.
  • Sensitive to user behavior as it relates to design.
  • Self-motivated, a natural problem-solver, and a good communicator with a demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, both independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Expert facility with design software, e.g., Photoshop, Indesign, and Flash
  • Solid understanding of practical benefits and limitations of Internet technologies (Flash, javascript, css, video).
  • Intimate knowledge of HTML.
  • Effective team player.
  • Demonstrated track record as lead designer or designer on high traffic Web sites.
  • Ability to work independently as well as lead projects.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working within the field of interactive media design.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fine Arts or Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Applies some ingenuity, creativity, analytical and organizational skills to identify and evaluate alternatives and to develop or participate in developing aspects of client strategy and of marketing initiatives.

Senior Interactive Copywriter

Objective:

Working under the supervision of the Creative Director and Associate Creative Directors, Senior Copywriters are responsible for the conceptual and copy development as well as the final execution of copy directions. An excellent copywriter doesn’t need much of linguistic education to be successful.

The attributes that make a good copywriter are his understanding of the niche, understanding of the targeted readers and their life’s experience as a whole. English ability will be viewed as a bonus.

The Senior Copywriter may be asked to assist in training and mentoring junior copy department staff members.

Requirements:

  • Innovative and conceptual thinking
  • Must be able to draft concepts, presentations, correspondence and other written materials as required.
  • Must demonstrate a solid understanding of current creative media, mediums and trends.
  • Understanding of SEO and keyword optimization is a plus but not required.
  • BA/BS in Mandarin, Communications, Creative Writing, Journalism or Advertising/Marketing with copywriting focus or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the marketing department, art directors, designers, user experience architects and your fellow writers to determine the best messaging approach for any project.

  • Concept, and execute ideas for a variety of campaigns.
  • Write and revise innovative and imaginative copy according to creative briefs and deadlines.

Perform ongoing research on current industry trends to maintain fresh and relevant perspective in all communications.
