Account Director – FAW-VW / 客户总监 – FAW-VW

Role and Responsibilities
?Build deep and enduring senior level client relationships by understanding their business needs and providing strategic guidance to achieve their goals through digital initiatives.
?Responsible for developing opportunities to grow current business through strategic recommendations and innovation.
?Lead the understanding of the client’s business including economic levers, industry and category, and customer needs and insights and be able to represent those to internal teams
?Ensure all initiatives have measurement plans and proactively present thoughtful analyses of results and recommendations to clients
?Recommend Interactive strategy solution
?Develop new business as needed and lead the creation of presentations, writing proposals, conducting category audits, and client visits/presentations
?Participate to the strategy plan for proposal or planning sessions.
?Manage the client on a daily basis. Lead a team of Account managers, Account executive and project managers ensuring successful and profitable execution of all client projects.
?Manage internal relationships with Creative and Production departments
?Ensures consistency between client contractual agreements and Nurun
?Ensure of quality of final deliverables
?Assist in forecasting future revenue from clients under management

Skills and experience required

Must have at least 5 – 8 years professional experience handling large client accounts and managing clients needs.
Strong leadership and influencing skills essential.
An understanding of the automotive industry a real advantage.
Must be available to travel within mainland China on a monthly basis.

Account Manager(P&G) / 客户经理

Job Description

The Account Manager position requires a progressive, on-the-spot, critical thinker. From campaign execution to optimization, an account manager needs to understand client needs from top-level strategy to gritty details. The Account Manager reports to an Account Director.

Key Responsibilities:

.Assist in strategy development and campaign set-up
.Day-to-day management and optimization of client campaigns
.Manage creative process
.Assist in strategic analysis
.Author campaign summary/analysis
.Manage reconciliation and accounting

Job Specifics:

.Actively involved in the development and execution of strategic interactive campaigns for leading international brands in the field of Cosmetics, Beverages, Automotive and banking.
.Help the development of and nurture relationships between our clients?brands and their audience, often in acting as a community enabler, builder, influencer.

Mandatory requirements:

.Bilingual Chinese/English.
.Minimum 5 years experience in account management of international accounts in China.
.Proven experience in managing Online or Direct Marketing projects.
.Active in one or several online communities in China.

Senior Account Executive / 高级客户执行

Role and Responsibilities

?Ensure project management and production (budget, deadlines, human and technical resources).
?Participate in the evaluation of project feasibility.
?Make a proper resource request per hours/date to PMO and coordinate efforts of the internal production team.
?Ensure coordination between the account manager and the internal project team. ensure communication with the account manager.
?Prepare presentations to account manager.
?Produce the project plan and project organisation manual (scope of work).
?Participate in site architecture development.
?Participate with PMO in negotiations with partners and clients.
?Participate in the design and specs definition of the product or service offering.
?Problem identification and flagging at appropriate moment
?Produce weekly status report for account manager.

Communication with the client

?Daily communication to talk about the project:
?Look for material.
?Look for approval.
?Look for detail.

Requirement:

University/college graduate;
At least 1 year relevant working experience, advertising, media, consulting is preferable;
Good at client servicing, planning & project management;
Excellent communication skills;
Confidence, autonomy, dynamism and creativity;
A good team player.
Good knowledge about Internet & Interactive media;
Native Chinese, fluent in English is a must;
