This role is located in Shanghai. We are looking for a candidate that can thrive in a creative environment where collaboration, client service, intelligence and humor are a must. We work with an international client base in a wide array of industries. We provide keen insights based on data analysis that help them improve their online business. The web analyst is an essential role on our team, and reports to a Senior Strategy Director.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Provide analysis of web site and e-marketing performance utilizing a multitude of data sources.  A background in online marketing or site publishing is extremely helpful.
  • Support account team members in providing exceptional client service.
  • Create well organized presentations and reports with direction from senior project leads.
  • The ability to recognize and solve data problems and inconsistencies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Candidates must be proactive, detail oriented and possess strong time management, written and oral communication skills (including presentation).
  • Has a strong desire to contribute to a positive work environment and create success for Wunderman and our clients.
  • Technical aptitude and a high quality of thinking are expected.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, WebTrends, Omniture, HBX and/or other web analytic tools.

CRM System Manager

The CRM Systems Manager will manage the systems and tools required to maintain effective and efficient customer relationships for the global CRM company, whose clients are leads of global Automobile industry. This position reports to the Knowledge Director.
RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Collaborate with internal departments and client to create and implement a CRM systems roadmap that supports the Customer Relation Management in driving and measuring Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty.
  • Manage and support CRM systems—crossing into all areas of customer information, sales information and product contact
  • Provide professional advice on CRM system planning, implementation, data migration and has a productive communication with client.
  • Analyze and implement customer contact workflow technology to optimize existing communication channels (i.e., chat, phone, email, etc.) and make recommendations on new effective mediums.
  • Work very close with Call Center.
  • Maintains high productivity and high quality through new initiatives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Systems and technology background (i.e., system administration and database management experience).
  • Experience in a CRM system (Siebel is better.) building and managment.
  • Experience in a fast paced work environment and ability to multi-task—you have energy and more importantly positive energy.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills in English .
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

Data Analyst 数据分析

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Provide final version of report including insight and recommendation based on the reports prepared by DA/DE
  • Support client’s data requirements for all data-driven marketing activity.
  • Champion data quality within client’s customer database.
  • Contribute to delivering the highest quality of Data Services to Wunderman’s clients.

Analysis

  • Pre-campaign evaluation: Cost evaluation, ROI, response rate,
  • Post-campaign assessment: response, ROI, gap analysis, insight finding

Reporting

  • Regular reporting: report template developing, regular report generation
  • Report quality assurance: consistency, accuracy, insight and recommendation

Database

  • Database: Assessment of database issues (quality and functionality) and propose solutions.
  • Request: execute Data Requests from the account team
  • Documentation: Ensure documentation is created and maintained in an accurate and timely manner
  • UAT: User Acceptance Testing of system, website, online media exposure and email campaign

Management:

  • Manage Data Executive to
    1. Deliver report, regular or ad-hoc, timely and accurately.
    2. Maintain current database including prospect and owners in a consistent way
    3. Manage Siebel Analyst to maintain Siebel on Demand

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Query writing skills with 1. SQL or Access 2. Excel
  • Good knowledge of database architectures and data schema

Search Strategist SEO

Responsibilities:

  • Provide client account ownership and strategic oversight.
  • Lead and manage virtual account teams for SEO initiatives.
  • Provide detailed guidance and support for SEO auditing and assessments, strategic recommendations and implementation efforts, and ongoing maintenance and reporting.
  • Support and participate in client proposals and presentations.
  • Integrate efforts with appropriate analytics and optimization team members and associated initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of SEO tool sets and search analytics tools.
  • Understanding of basic HTML and dynamic web development.
