Position: Digital Planner
The ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of digital media experience in the PR China marketplace – experience in media agency is highly preferred – candidates from other highly digital areas such as portals/research agencies will be considered.
Career prospects in this fast moving media area are excellent and a passion and involvement for interactive / digital media is essential.
To support the account teams in delivering digital media solutions to clients
To handle day to day digital planning and buying in coordination with Digital Centre
To liaise with digital creative agencies to ensure smooth integration of digital creative specifications / ideas and spot plans.
To liaise with the office to ensure smooth production and booking of client spot / search plans
To develop reporting formats for the ongoing planning and campaign evaluation of digital campaigns using tools such as ADRi and Mkt Intel / CMMS as requested
To maintain a summary and analysis of all digital campaigns and stimulus for further collation and benchmarking.
To attend weekly (con-call) reviews with Shanghai office on digital progress and requests.
Preferably 1-2 years media experience in 4A agencies working solidly in digital area,
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines essential
Good negotiating skills with suppliers and other team members required.
Proficiency in Mandarin, English both in conversation & writing.
Computer knowledge, especially Excel, PPT in English is a must
