1. Digital Leader

Location:Guangzhou

Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, foster teamwork, maintain management of the group and day to day activities, and encourage the highest quality media product and client satisfaction. They will be responsible for interactive supplier relationships and corporate deal stewardship.They will work with the SVP to develop interactive planning expertise throughout the agency, evolve our service offering, grow our business, and improve productivity through effective resource and tool management.

Primary Role:

  • Drive strategic innovation across media platforms, including display, video, search, mobile, social
  • Lead team of interactive media tactical planners, strategists and researchers.
  • Ensure effective coordination with inter-agency Account Planning Groups to ensure client requirements are met
  • Direct the development and presentation of strategic media application, media plans, media buys and analyses
  • Participate in the negotiation, purchase, and lead the execution of Internet campaigns
  • Ensure effective use of tools, systems and processes for buying, trafficking and accounting
  • Provide intellectual leadership in the area of effective and innovative use of interactive media

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of group accounts acting as a strategic and operational leader
  • Provide leadership to senior interactive key clients,  including client meetings and presentations as needed
  • On-going liaison with agency planning groups to ensure client requirements are met
  • Interactive supplier relationship management and corporate deal participation
  • Market knowledge, written updates of market conditions: new innovations, price and inventory
  • Capture and disseminate cross client and industry learning
  • Train and mentor personnel

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of  7-10  total years  relevant media or marketing communication experience, including minimum three years leading interactive business (e-commerce, e-marketing)

2. Digital Producer

Location: Beijing

Job Description:
The Digital Producer is responsible for managing external production houses to produce interactive social, content and creative experiences. Reporting to the Executive producer in Shanghai, you will support GroupM media agencies in Beijing to select & manage creative outsource vendors. You will assist account teams & digital planners to produce essential project documentation such as creative briefs, scope of work, wireframes, concept storyboards & change request forms. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, using Basecamp & Microsoft Project to identify bottlenecks, project risks & contingency plans to all stakeholders. You are responsible for budget tracking and status reporting to ensure delivery of product within time, cost and quality parameters. Successful candidates will be passionate digital content producers, creative at heart, highly active in social media, and possess high integrity, reliability, and accountability.

Responsibilities:

  • Review creative briefs from GroupM Beijing media agencies, assist the digital planners to scope out the work and manage vendors to produce the work according to the scope.
  • Review and manage the performance of projects to ensure all milestones are met or exceeded within budget
  • Keep key stakeholders in the loop with status and raise any potential issues as early as possible
  • Manage internal teams and vendor teams ensuring everyone is at optimum efficiency and all resources are clear what they are working on, and what is next
  • Ensure project delivery is as per client and agency expectations and clear communication of timelines and status has been developed throughout the project
  • Enforce perfection by carrying out a thorough QA for all project deliverables, including project documentation
  • Manage Basecamp so that it is up to date for all projects and for multipleagencies/suppliers
  • Actively source and review suppliers/freelancers so extra resource is quickly available when required. Keep in contact with freelancers for availabilities

Skills:

  • A proven track record of successfully delivered online campaigns

Job Description:
This person should lead a team of two people to drive all the initiatives and to support all agencies request in user insights/ market landscape/ competitive analysis/ training and workshop.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate Digital training/workshop for both internal teams (every month) and external selective key clients
  • Responsible for publishing most updated digital trend and consumer insights with 3party research firm and identified leading website
  • Responsible to analyze and update top internet website user profile/ market share and case studies (from ecommerce portal search SNS mobile ad network)
  • Be the owner of intranet website to update the content/ promote the usage to become the effective communication platform for digital teams
  • Support key account pitches and provide user insights for pitches
  • Own the direct relationship w all the research firms and industry associations and drive all the award participation/ nomination and winning

Qualifications:

  • 8 to 10 years for GM; 5 to 7 years for Director in digital field

4. Web Designer

Location: Shanghai

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced web designer to mock up digital creative ideas that drive engagement & interaction. You will work closely with our creative director & executive producer to design cutting-edge websites, emails, banners, flash games and tools, as well as other web promotion vehicles. You will need to combine an understanding of information architecture, user experience, social media technologies, flash animation and design, in order to translate the creative brief into amazing mockups that help sell the creative idea to client.

Responsibilities:

  • Concepting& designing online campaign creative assets in accordance with the creative brief
  • Produce high-quality, user-centred design for websites, online video, emails, banners and interactive ad units, flash games, desktop applications, branded content and portal sponsorships, as well as other emerging digital opportunities such as mobile marketing, video game integration and offline interactive experiences
  • Ensure efficient communication & collaboration between the inhouse design & project management teams, and the external production vendors
  • Present and explain creative concepts & art direction to vendors, and supervise their output to ensure the finished deliverable matches the original design concept
  • Support other GroupM agencies on pitches and internal initiatives

Skills:

  • 1-2 years digital creative agency experience preferred but fresh graduates may also apply

5.Search Director

Location: Shanghai

Summary:
A Search Director who will control and will be responsible for the development of a holistic Search strategy (paid and natural) for the selected clients that will form his or her portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring that search best practice and consistency of search planning and delivery are enforced across the Search team, and for delivering PPC and SEO across their portfolio of clients. This role is key in coordinating and delivering ongoing education and guidance in search marketing to clients. As a Search Director you will be an internal and external face of the client’s search for their clients, providing training and mentoring to the agency’s Search managers and specialists. You will need to have experience in working in search, either client, media owner or agency-side (SEM or media agency), experience of handling clients at senior level, project management, presenting at senior level, leading strategic marketing planning processes, analyzing campaign performance based on results and preparing and delivering new business pitches.

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced digital marketer who understands how to plan campaigns to reach & engage targeted online audiences in order to help brands build fan communities, & drive desired actions such as product trial or sales. Reporting to the Creative Engagement Director, your keen social observation skills, will be matched with strong empathy & intuition for finding consumer insights in market research data. You will be responsible for forecasting engagement KPIs for each campaign, and once the campaign launches you will be responsible for regular reporting & optimization of media & creative to reach those KPIs. Understanding of direct marketing principles and how to apply them to online grass roots marketing is key. You will also build online communities, ensuring a high standard of copywriting & PR ethics.

Responsibilities:

  • Data mining & online research to produce consumer insights that inform the campaign plan
  • Work with the Creative Engagement Director & agency digital planners to develop and execute online brand promotions designed to maximize SNS engagement.
  • Help establish performance metrics and tracking to measure campaign results.
  • On a daily basis, identify and assess campaign performance. On a weekly basis, produce campaign performance reports, with recommendations on how to optimize the activation idea, brand messaging, or media placement, in order to meet the KPI’s.
