Planning Director

Requirements:

  • 8+ years’ experience in advertising;
  • Being responsible for the development and implementation of strategies and programs among internal and external contacts;

Senior Planner (e-commerce)

Requirements:

  • 6+ years’ experience with skewed in e-commerce campaigns
  • Have a in depth knowledge of the digital landscape and all the digital channels of China
  • Can come up with executional plan and good at implementation and follow through
  • Excellent presentation, writing, speaking and communication skills in Chinese and English.

Planner(ATL)

Responsibilities:

  1. Participates in strategy development initiatives for existing clients and new business.
  2. Monitor and interpret cultural and social trends relevant to the client’s business.
  3. Recommend and implement research that will aid in the consumer insight and strategy process manage research vendors and provide clear specifications for relevant research to the team and client.
  4. Design and monitor the design of questionnaires and topic guides.
  5. Moderate focus groups, analyze data and develop implications and recommendations.
  6. Develop accurate and insightful conclusions from research data and present strategy and direction to the client.
  7. Crafts creative briefs, provide clear persuasive briefings to creative and remain an active contributor throughout creative development.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree (B.A or B.S.) from a four-year college required.
  2. Has ability to read and interpret information from a variety of sources, such as trade journals, research reports, white papers and cross-tabulated survey data.
  3. Has ability to produce well-written research reports, presentations and results to clients and agency.
  4. Has ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts and draw valid conclusions based upon information furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

Group Account Director(ATL)

Responsibilities:

  1. Key business driver, responsible for proactive development of existing business, acquiring new business and for exceeding targets set.
  2. Owns the client relationship and is in charge of all Client service activities, pertaining to their Clients and projects.
  3. Deepening Client relationship to business partnerships with increased loyalty.

Qualifications:

Account Director(ATL)

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the quality & thoroughness of the agency’s work for the individual client at a macro level
  2. Looks beyond the day-to-day needs of an account to ensure the long-term stability and growth of the relationship and revenue
  3. Maximizing opportunities to add value to client’s business by offering new and innovative business solutions
  4. Achievement of profit objectives for the individual client consistent with profit plans for the office and company and driving the business to look for new business opportunities
  5. Manage, develop & proper staffing on the account team to meet the needs of the client and agency
  6. Building and maintaining a sense of commitment, enthusiasm and responsibility among members of both the account team

Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years professional experience in Advertising.
  2. Has worked on integrated marketing and advertising programs demonstrating a solid working knowledge of all communication deisplines
  3. Has successfully supervised a broad range of accounts and has demonstrated the ability to apply strategic disciplines, including ROI to them

Requirements:

  • 2+ years related experience
  • Experience in an advertising agency, particularly in account management and/or general agency operations

  • A broad range of experience in a variety of businesses and industries is a definite asset

Creative Director(ATL)

Responsibilities     

  1. Oversee all creative development from concept to final delivery for all offices clients

  3. Drive collaboration with mainline and marketing objectives to ensure integrated, synergistic creative approach.
  4. Issues final approval on all Creative

  1. Generate and develop concepts and ideas which meet the requirements of the brief, meet client branding standards and are of a consistently high standard.
  2. Responsible for the proper placement, context and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignment.
  3. Works with the Account Management and Planning teams regarding marketing and creative strategies for brand concepts, providing insight and challenging the brief as appropriate.
  4. Assists in developing presentation materials for business development projects.
  5. Assists ACD in presenting work to client.
  6. Contributes to overall office morale, spirit, character and work quality.

Qualifications:   

  1. A. in graphic design, Communication Arts, or equivalent

Responsibilities:

  1. To liaise with all agency departments to advance projects to completion
  2. Responsible for internal client codes / job numbers / payments to open / close
  3. To monitor project development vs. timelines and take steps to ensure that projects are completed by the due dates set out in the timelines
  4. To help ensure that all work is produced to agency quality standards
  5. Schedule briefing and internal review
  6. Partner with respective teams (from Creative to Account Service) to understand deliverable needs and expectations
  7. Monitor and document all projects.

Production Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Reviews daily work schedule with related people, communicating any problems affecting job quality, due dates and costs.
  2. Coordinates vendors and vendor qualification.
  3. Reviews and approves production estimates processed by Account Managers.
  4. Reviews and approves purchase orders for goods and services needed for the production of a project at the request of account services team
  5. Supervises quality output performed by vendors.
  6. Responsible for knowledge of all aspects of job management system.
  7. Provides assistance to creative and account service teams in the day-to-day management of projects. Also available to process Job Change Orders/support workflow for account services as necessary
  8. Coordinates project deadlines to ensure all deadlines are met.
  9. Must carry out duties and responsibilities with limited supervision. Make decisions and establishes work priorities to meet deadlines and accomplish tasks.

TV Producer

Responsibilities:      

  1. Responsible for liaison with clients, internally and externally in all aspects of projects within the Studio, from taking initial briefs, through quotation, build and to final delivery.
  2. This role is the single-point-of-contact person for our partners to liaise with.
  3. Responsible for managing the production resources both permanent, freelance and external third parties.
  4. Commercial responsibility includes scooping projects and providing scopes of work and quotations for projects which then need to be managed accordingly through production.

Qualifications 

  1. At least 2 years’ experience of working in an agency environment in a similar position with some degree of financial responsibility.
  2. A conversational knowledge of graphics programs such as Quark, Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  3. Experience in video production a distinct advantage
  4. Extensive knowledge / experience of web design and build projects.
  5. A demonstrable track record in helping to pitch and win new projects / clients.
  6. Organised and able to prioritise work to meet deadlines with a good head for figures.
