SUMMARY

Senior Web Developer

Reports to: Technical Delivery Manager

Web development

  • 5+ years experience and currently working with front-end technologies with experience of commercial web development, preferably in a creative or agency environment.

Analyst

Purpose of role

The Media, Search & Analytics Analyst (MSA) holds an instrumental role within the Analytics team (part of the Strategy Department). The MEA will work on marketing measurement and analytics projects under the guidance of the Analytics Manager. The Analyst will assist with the development of initial measurement strategies, measurement implementation plans, implementation and the provision of reporting and insights to clients in the form of presentations, written reports, etc.

Senior Analyst, Analytics

Reports to: Analytics Manager

Purpose of role

The Senior Analyst holds a vital role within the Media, Search & Analytics team (part of the Strategic Service Department) and is responsible for the measurement and tracking of medium to large scale client engagements.  Reporting to the Analytics Manager, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for developing measurement strategies and defining tracking specifications across client engagements.  The Senior Analyst is also responsible for providing a layer of quality assurance for all tracking and using data to produce insight that helps influence client decision making.  The position requires strong analytical skills that provide strategic direction and data driven insights.

  • Develops analytic plans and makes sound analytic recommendations to measure performance of websites and cross-channel marketing campaigns

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-4 years experience in relevant fields
  • Exceptional design or advertising portfolio
  • Relevant education and training in design field with solid typography and graphic design skills
  • Must have exceptional design aesthetic, variations on styles and awareness of design trends and innovation
  • Expert proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design programs
  • Ability to use animation programs (Flash, After Effects, etc.) is a huge plus
  • Understand the technical possibilities and limitations of web development

Project Manager

Reports to: Director, Project Management

Purpose of role

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the management of complex end-to-end, full life-cycle client projects (project value ¥1.5m – ¥5m) from inception and requirements definition through to delivery.

Deliverables (criteria by which success can be measured)

  • Successfully delivers projects with high quality project deliverables, meets deadlines and works within estimations.
  • Consistently mentors of at least 1 people, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Ensures all projects above a budgetary value of ¥500k have a Post Project Review submitted.
  • Authors well-crafted Project Status Reports, ensuring they are submitted on time, every week (95% compliance target).
  • Knowledge and application of best practice project management.
  • Makes a positive contribution to the team and receives positive feedback.
  • Receives a consistently high level of internal and external client satisfaction.
  • Constantly strives to improve AKQA delivery practices, processes and procedures by either updating existing or contributing new delivery practices at least once every quarter.
  • Reaches personal and team billability and utilisation targets.

Able to successfully manage multiple suppliers, partners and client/s to ensure best outcome for both client/s and AKQA. Keeps stakeholders informed of project progress at all times and manages expectations proactively.

Defines and agrees the scope of work internally and with client/s. Ensures projects are delivered within agreed scope and raises change requests appropriately. Able to manage colleagues and client/s assertively.

Proactively identifies, manages and mitigates risk on a project.

Contributes project management content to the pitch collateral.

Budget and financial management

Manages and delivers projects with budgets up to ¥5m. Tracks and reports financial status of a project against current estimate. Highlights potential overruns before they occur. Escalates and resolves financial issues as they happen.

Multi-platform projects

Delivers a project across multiple platforms via third parties.

Project estimation

Works with leads to accurately compile an estimate for an agreed scope of work.

Structures an estimate according to the most appropriate model (e.g. fixed price, capped time and materials, by project phase) and effectively communicates to client.

  • Demonstrate a proven experience of managing a multi-disciplined service delivery function in an agency environment implementing innovative, interactive and consumer focused solutions

Job Description

  • You will be leading the strategy development, preparing strategic plan & Execution for both existing clients and also new clients/pitches;
  • Provide consumer insight and strategic direction for creative idea development;
  • Make impressive presentation to clients that will open up opportunities for new business and deeper engagement;
  • Helps identifies and converts new business opportunities.

Requirement

  • 4+ years experience across a combination of strategy consulting and digital marketing, able to develop  consumer insights and strategy that inspire creative and the clients;
  • Deep understanding on digital & social media landscape; social media planning experience preferred
  • Strong track record on social strategic planning and win new clients;
  • Excellent proposal writing and presentation skill;
  • Familiar with various research methodology and how to apply in digital planning when needed;
