Social Media Executive

Responsibilities:

Job description

  • Generate regular ecommerce performance report and come out the insight and actionable recommendation

Soft skill

  • Familiar with beauty industry especially in ecommerce
  • Have experience of using web tracking tools – Google analytics, webtrends, omniture…

Digital Planner

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Study competitive landscape and provide insights and implications to the teams
  • Understand and actively review digital trends/user behaviors and actively express those with all parties involved (client, team member, etc.)
  • Independently develop insightful communication plan/media plan/execution plan etc.
  • Assist with the crafting of creative briefs to ensure engaging creative communications

Web Producer (Full time position)

Reporting to the Project Manager you will participate in the website localization for our International clients. You will be implicated in such projects as brand site, campaign sites and other media sites for a famous vehicle brand in Europe. You always look for the best way to deliver the perfection quality to client. We are looking for a person who is passionate, responsible, flexible and wants to be part of a global professional website production team.

Your principal tasks are:

  • Responsible for the web sites production, localization and maintenance through the CMS
  • Make updates on content, image, flash application.
  • Make data entry (image, text, animation, video etc.)
  • Assist to integrate and create HTML page following the existing guideline.
  • Quality assurance.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Experienced in CMS (e.g. wordpress, typo3 or joomla) for website setup and maintenance.

Sr. Drupal Developer

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Turns design and user interface mockups into functional websites powered by CMS
  • In a hands-on fashion, ensures all technology solutions are properly architected and specified
  • Ensures HTML/CSS is cross-browser and standards compliant and meets accessibility/disability requirements
  • Integrates websites with existing applications on campus or third-party/open-source platforms

Minimum Requirements:

Receptionist and Office Admin

Position Summary

The receptionist and Office Admin is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

Reception/Front Desk duties:

  • Handle reception duties and greets visitors to the office
  • Answer all incoming calls, handle caller’s inquires and take messages
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and express courier packages.

Office Administration duties:
