Social Content Planner – Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategy on social media platform, including Wechat, Weibo, Kaixin, Renren ,Douban, and all other BBS
  • Manage social media campaigns via day-to-day activities on relevant sites, weibo updates, video content, online influencer outreach, posting on blogs etc.
  • Build Brand awareness and drive initiatives to encourage adoption of relevant social media techniques into the client’s corporate culture, products and services.
  • Efficiently and regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring into the Marketing and Editorial teams, to help them evolve their strategies.
  • Coordination within the company, campaign related work with operations, tech team and creative team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience, in digital marketing or Social Media field
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms
  • Good communication and presentation skill, ability to effectively communicate with partners
  • Team spirit and management skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Strong ability in PPT and Excel.

Social writer

Key Responsibility:

  • Research brand, competitor, pop culture, and other relevant sources to help determine and develop voice appropriate for the brand and the audience of the medium with minimal oversight.
  • Make branding recommendations when needed. Sells ideas to client and team
  • Recommend ideas around brand vision.
  • Ensure strategic execution while collaborating closely with Art Director
  • Write effective and compelling short or long-form copy for all communication channels.
  • Develop compelling content ideas and copy requirements
  • Help develop other copywriters
  • Establish a consistent tone of voice, even if guidelines are not documented.
  • Integrates with copy from other media when necessary
  • Communicate with team leads to discuss concept’s copy, interface, graphic design and navigational structure of project with functional aspects in order to carry out the creative vision.
  • Research, create and articulate high level concepts for traditional & digital experiences based objectives and brand considerations and inspire teammates to do the same.
  • Recommend fresh concepts and add to smart marketing messaging for the project.
  • Determine tone, style, structure and voice of related communications.
  • Write compelling concept vision statements and creates appropriate story and presentation in accordance to presentation objectives and sells this to other team members and client.
  • Write effective and compelling advertising copy.
  • Generate innovative ideas, angles, language and advertising solutions.
  • Participate in brainstorming and conceptualization activities. Establish a consistent tone of voice, even if guidelines are not documented.
  • Contribute to creating strategies for progression of campaign or client objectives.

Requirements:

  • 1 year’ experience, in digital marketing or Social Media field

Senior Art Director

Key Responsibility

  • Contribute to the brand’s visual language (colour palette, logo, font, etc) across a range of media (print, TV, online marketing, Web site, packaging, mobile, motion graphics, etc).
  • Compare the brand’s expression across different channels and identify -consistencies/inconsistencies, and gaps, etc.
  • Follow through on recommendations.
  • Conceptualise and develop multi-channel campaigns and ideas and present to team members and clients.
  • Research, explore and make recommendations on visual identity, including logo, word mark, typography, colour and photography.
  • Contribute to the development of all components for the style guide: colour palette, typography, tone and voice and logo/word mark.
  • Make overall branding recommendations when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree is must.
  • At least 3 years creative experience in advertising
  • Willing to communicate thinking with others team member
  • Creative, challenging, passionate and team player.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.

Account Coordinator

Key Responsibility

  • Account/Campaign Operations Generate timelines, manage project schedules and conduct or contribute to status meetings
  • Maintain and update status reports; schedule conference calls/meetings to discuss status; prepare conference reports for internal & external meetings
  • Track progress against tasks within a workstream
  • Assist in design of presentations to clients
  • Assist in the development of consumer insights by supporting research that will be used to develop the creative brief
  • Co-ordinate with Project Management in the collection of assets and update of project tools
  • Manage the update of internal tools if applicable
  • Support on the estimates/quotes (SOW) for various jobs with SAE/AM;
  • Issue purchase orders; process retainer and non-retainer billable items

Requirement

  • Experience can range between 1 to 3 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; oversea background is preferred.

Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Courteously greets clients, Sapient employees, vendors and other visitors; determines their needs and directs them to the appropriate person, team or office
  • Courteously answers telephones, handles calls, routes them to appropriate individuals or takes messages
  • Opens and/or closes office and ensures appropriate security measures
  • Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and personal communication both internally and externally, and maintains a professional image (e.g., flowers, marketing materials, daily schedule, business periodicals, etc.)
  • Builds relationships with internal and external clients at all levels
  • Manages requests for building and office keys or access cards and distributes/activates or collects/deactivates keys or access cards as needed
  • Manages overall mail processes (external and interoffice)
  • Ensures that office equipment (e.g., fax machines, postage meter, photocopiers, etc.) is operable and coordinates maintenance as needed
  • Arranges transportation for visitors and clients as needed

Requirements:

Analytical Manager

Key Responsibility

  • Create assessment frameworks for evaluating marketing and analytics tools, services, and infrastructure and guide assessment process and deliverables
  • Leverage subject matter expertise on leading marketing & analytic tools and measurement platform
  • Components in shaping and developing marketing analytics recommendations.
  • Identify objectives & key success metrics
  • Define measurement approach and requirements
  • Develop roadmap for action
  • Create test and learn strategies and in-market test plans

  • Develop and frame creative concepts according to creative brief requirements.
  • Apply brand identity systems, typography, photography, color and other ingredients appropriately to create innovative visual solutions that meet business and user needs.
  • Visualize, design and conceptualize user experiences
  • Create visual prototypes or screens
  • Provide quality assurance of all creative deliverables

Experience Guidelines:

  • 5 years of industry experience in media & advertising
  • Strong design portfolio with 4+ years education
  • A solid knowledge of the latest versions of following programs: Mac OS, Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.
  • A solid understanding of online and offline production
  • Well-developed communication skills including ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to other team members and client

Copywriter (Contractor for 4 weeks)

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, write, edit, post, proof content and copy
  • Communicate with team leads to coordinate concept, copy, interface and graphic design for a multi-channel campaign (rich media ad units, social media programs, video scripts and digital signage)
  • Disciplinary focus on developing compelling creative within interactive communications ranging from websites to online media
  • Assist the creative team lead in communicating and presenting copy to internal teams and clients

Experience Guidelines

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Advertising, Journalism or Communications
  • Two to three years of copywriting or editorial experience in an advertising or marketing environment
  • Portfolio/writing samples

  • Assist in execution and production of existing concepts to provide complete deliverables, applying style/brand guides and templates where applicable
  • Create graphic assets with guidance from an Art Director
  • Assist Art Director in creating elements for designs and layouts; apply design principles such as color, typography, photographic selection, organizing elements and usability
  • Present rationale for design choices; assure design meets business objectives as stated in creative brief
  • Edit and make iterations on presentation deck as guided by Art Director / Creative Director

Interactive Project Manager (Contractor for 4 weeks)

Responsibilities:

  • Drive project delivery through effective use of internal and client status meetings
  • Clarifies and communicates project objectives and success criteria
  • Owns day-to-day project management tasks for the project. Develops and tracks project plans for individual tracks of work (as part of a larger project plan)
  • Manage and control project scope and the change control process
  • Assists Client Services Lead in managing client relationships and preparing for client meetings
  • Provides day-to-day contact for client on track related communications
  • Assure that projects complete according to schedule and within budget by tracking and managing risks & issues and maintaining visibility of project cost & resource

Experience Guidelines:

  • At least 2-3 years of project management experience, from an interactive agency
  • At least 3-5 years of interactive industry experience
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, preferably with leadership experience with creative teams of at least 5 people
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
