Creative Department

Senior Art Director – Digital

  • Over 5 years experiences of working in the digital agencies or web companies
  • Strong visual sense and able to deliver quality layout and art direction
  • Passionate in concept thinking that may lead to all kinds of executions in different digital channels
  • Fluent in English and mandarin, can be locals or expatriates
  • Good presentation skills that show confidence and able to deliver concepts in a convincing manner
  • Management skills, resources planning, as well as tasks distribution.
  • Familiar with the digital industry and campaign process
  • Skillful in MAC + PC designing software

Art Director – ATL

  • Produce and craft original and usable concepts and art directions in response to creative briefs.
  • Pitch work internally and externally in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
  • Work closely with relevant Departments to ensure effective communication and management of teams’ expectations.
  • Work with Account Teams to understand the clients’ brands and manage projects in a way that will support maximum delivery of the brand.

  • Great insight on current social media trend and foreseeable digital trend
  • Proficient at online advertising such as types of banners and inside out of the user flow of any social media platforms

  • Photoshop/Illustrator softwares are compulsory
  • Basic knowledge of front-end programming such as HTML, Flash Actionscript, Javascript and CSS

Group Head /Sr. Copywriter

  • Works with entire creative team to develop inspiring integrated campaign ideas.  Inspires creative thinking and develops work that helps our clients better sell their products to consumers
  • Ensures creative excellence and manage quality control throughout entire design process.
  • 5-8 years experience in 4A or local ad agency in copywriting, with special emphasis on BTL copy:  brochures, newsletters, direct mailers, etc.  Auto experience a plus
  • Journalism experience also a plus, will consider candidates from auto publications

Account Service Department

Senior Account Manager – CRM&Digital

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in leading the formulation of CRM strategy plans
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with their key clients.
  • Lead and manage the other members of the Account team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring a high quality of output and team morale
  • On specific projects, day to day lead for account team, data insights and creative teams in implementing class-leading solutions and ensure agency resources are used effectively.
  • Maintain thorough up-to-date knowledge of client’s business. Keeps abreast of all facets of the business, including new business opportunities.
  • On specific projects, is the creative “teams’” main day to day contact, providing direction on creative briefs and generating enthusiasm/trust from the team with which they work
  • Is responsible for overseeing the production of all campaigns produced
  • Ensure financial management and control, including client budget, expense reporting, and campaign profits/losses and monthly agency forecasting, tracking and billing.
  • Integrate the ATL and BTL work to ensure a holistic brand and customer strategy
  • Support other Wunderman account teams on other client business as and when required.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • BA/BS degree.

Account Manager – Digital

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide general day to day support to Management and Account Management teams.
  • Act as a liaison with internal and external departments, and develop accurate and realistic creative, print, production and other briefs as necessary
  • Produce comprehensive and accurate reports and project outlines (e.g.: WIP’s, project plans, timelines etc)
  • Understand the creative, print and production processes. Accurately assess all work of internal and external departments, and provide corrective guidance where necessary
  • Keep his/her immediate line manager informed of all activity that is relevant to their business
  • To manage his/her time effectively to ensure a timely completion of projects
  • Accurately estimate and bill all work
  • Track, monitor and report on a running basis the status of all jobs as defined by the client and his/her manager
  • Ensure an understanding of the client’s business and marketing objectives, specifically the programmes on which he/she is working.
  • To have a good working relationship with the clients personnel

  • Development and presentation of program ideas and strategies to client and stakeholders

  • Take ownership of campaigns to ensure deliverables are met from start to finish
  • Briefing, debriefing and presenting creative – being able to confidently assess creative
  • Evaluate creative, studio and production output – manage both client and internal expectations
  • Maintain thorough up-to-date knowledge of client’s business and develop strong client relationships.
  • Proactively seek out business-building and innovative solutions for Clients

职位要求:

  • 本科以上学历,5年以上工作经验,3年以上高端奢侈品牌行业媒体及市场相关经验,有丰富的客户资源优先考虑;
  • 优秀的合作方案分析、策划、撰写和口头表达能力;
  • 思路清晰;团队协作良好,有较强的沟通、协调能力和执行力,讲求效率;
  • 良好市场营销管理经验和了解CRM,具有项目财务分析和成本管理经验者优先;
