Senior/Art Director – Digital

  • Over 5 years experiences of working in the digital agencies or web companies
  • Strong visual sense and able to deliver quality layout and art direction
  • Passionate in concept thinking that may lead to all kinds of executions in different digital channels

  • Good presentation skills that show confidence and able to deliver concepts in a convincing manner

Interactive Programmer

  • Well versed in the front-end programming, especially Flash and HTML with CSS

Art Director – ATL

  • Produce and craft original and usable concepts and art directions in response to creative briefs.

  • Work closely with relevant Departments to ensure effective communication and management of teams’ expectations.
  • Work with Account Teams to understand the clients’ brands and manage projects in a way that will support maximum delivery of the brand.

  • 2-5 years relevant working experience, car experience helpful

Account Service Department

Account Manager – Digital

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide general day to day support to Management and Account Management teams.
  • Act as a liaison with internal and external departments, and develop accurate and realistic creative, print, production and other briefs as necessary
  • Produce comprehensive and accurate reports and project outlines (e.g.: WIP’s, project plans, timelines etc)
  • Understand the creative, print and production processes. Accurately assess all work of internal and external departments, and provide corrective guidance where necessary
  • Keep his/her immediate line manager informed of all activity that is relevant to their business
  • To manage his/her time effectively to ensure a timely completion of projects
  • Accurately estimate and bill all work
  • Track, monitor and report on a running basis the status of all jobs as defined by the client and his/her manager
  • Ensure an understanding of the client’s business and marketing objectives, specifically the programmes on which he/she is working.
  • To have a good working relationship with the clients personnel

Senior/Account Manager – CRM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in leading the formulation of CRM strategy plans
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with their key clients.
  • Lead and manage the other members of the Account team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring a high quality of output and team morale
  • On specific projects, day to day lead for account team, data insights and creative teams in implementing class-leading solutions and ensure agency resources are used effectively.
  • Maintain thorough up-to-date knowledge of client’s business. Keeps abreast of all facets of the business, including new business opportunities.
  • On specific projects, is the creative “teams’” main day to day contact, providing direction on creative briefs and generating enthusiasm/trust from the team with which they work
  • Is responsible for overseeing the production of all campaigns produced
  • Ensure financial management and control, including client budget, expense reporting, and campaign profits/losses and monthly agency forecasting, tracking and billing.
  • Integrate the ATL and BTL work to ensure a holistic brand and customer strategy

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 4+ years relevant working experience in 4A agency, with CRM experience
  • Strong direct marketing experience with an integrated marketing perspective.
  • Agency and account management experience required.
  • Man-management experience essential.
  • Automotive experience is a plus

Senior / Account Director – CRM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the formulation of client strategy plans
  • Drive the strategic business planning process in customer acquisition and retention, understanding and using all key data sources
  • Be an expert on 3rd party data available in China to plan how to best contact our relevant prospect
  • Establish a service offering, introducing an Applied Insights Practice to identify key sales and profit opportunities for clients
  • Develop a Wunderman Standard Metrics for all campaigns
  • Understand clients’ business issues and drive strategy across all channels and touchpoints
  • Manage client expectations and promote planning/analysis & research functions to clients

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Proactively deliver business-building and innovative solutions for Clients. Develop the plan and strategy for the events to match client business requirements and development. Draft budget cost for each event individually or with team
  • Organize and execute the events independently and successfully. Post Event Evaluation and analysis with Clients. Ensure brand consistency across client initiatives
  • Work with team closely to make sure the events delivery on high quality and on schedule
  • During the execution, understand clients’requirement and have a good communication with the account. Satisfy the account, keep an eye on the progress of projects and ensure quality of the work. Use Blog, Seo, SNS precision marketing to complete activity planning, organization and execution independently.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 3 years relevant working experience in advertising agency
  • Excellent project execution and management skill, have a good knowledge of media(BBS, Weibo, Wechat, SNS etc.). Understand network marketing, can accurately grasp the language habits and characteristics of users in social media, and have experience in interaction with netizens below the line  .

职责:
