Digital Planning Manager (Beijing & Shanghai)

Responsibilities:
– Working with client to understand business objectives and develop digital media campaigns
– Apply detailed knowledge of digital media to identify and recommend best digital media to meet campaign objectives
– Undertake research and analysis to identify target audiences and their online habits
– Assist/work with Interaction Director to manage a digital planning team
Requirements:
– Degree holder with 5 years of experience in a progressive media or interactive advertising agency or portal focused on digital marketing media planning
– Currently managing a team
– Develop, and oversee the implementation of digital strategy for multinational clients
– Manage media briefs, budgets, and align digital strategy with global brand strategy
– Excellent project, people and client management skills
– Excellent written and oral English

Digital Planner (Shanghai)

Responsibilities:
– Working with client to understand business objectives and develop digital media campaigns
– Apply detailed knowledge of digital media to identify and recommend best digital media to meet campaign objectives
– Undertake research and analysis to identify target audiences and their online habits
– Assist/work with Interaction Manger to manage a digital planning team
Requirements:
-Degree Holder with1-2 years of experience in a progressive media or interactive advertising agency or portal focused on digital marketing media planning
– Develop, and oversee the implementation of digital strategy for multinational clients
– Manage media briefs, budgets, and align digital strategy with global brand strategy
– Excellent project, people and client management skills
– Good speaking and written English skills.

Responsibilities Include:
– Working with core planning teams (offline & online media) to devise an integrated media strategy given the clients brief and the online media plan to support it
– Gather and prepare all insertion orders for client campaigns
– Collate and Prepare media plans for clients
– Implementing and maintaining and performing optimization efforts for online media campaigns
– Participate in regular media meetings with clients and providing insight into weekly and monthly online media results
– Maintaining and growing relationships with interactive media advertising representatives
Working with the members of the media team in daily media responsibilities including, but not limited to:
– Maintaining knowledge of select ad serving tools (e.g. Allyes AFA, Doubleclick DART)
– Maintaining knowledge of current online media trends

Skills / Qualifications:
– A minimum of 1 years of online or offline media planning or related interactive marketing experience (more experienced candidates may be considered as a senior planner)
– Passionate about digital media
– Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing or related program
– Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Mandarin
– Knowledge of interactive marketing concepts and practices.
– Familiarity with offline media concepts will be ideal
– Strong analytical thinking
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
– Experience with 3rd Party Ad Serving and advertising tools ideal
– Effective time management and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail
