Senior Art Director (ATL/BTL)

WANTED:

Senior Art Director, with significant experience in this position, with passion for creative work and people.

You have:

  • Independence: you know you’re moves around creative tasks, ‘cause that’s what you’ve been doing the past years already as an AD, both on your own and with a team.

Your part is developing ideas with your copy team partner, art directing your team’s work, supervising photo shootings, … – someone who brings creative dynamic, passion & professionalism, that’s what we’re looking for.
  • Social Fitness: you share, you exchange with your team; you present ideas to your creative heads & clients. We’re in a people’s business. And for this, an Ok-level English is helpful, too.

Digital Creative Traffic Manager:

Report to: ECD and GBD

The Digital Creative Traffic Manager scope of work covers:

Creative team resource management

  • Join project briefings and concept reviews; understand project requirements and in arrangement with ECD and Account assign and manage the creative resources for the projects.
  • Provide creative efforts estimation based on project requirement; track and evaluate the actual efforts spent and compare with estimation to provide monthly report to management team.
  • Advise when freelance or permanent people are wanted.
  • Ensure that submitted creative briefs and job requests contain all information needed to complete the project.
  • Control that all projects are running on schedule that all resources are being used efficiently and on the right jobs and that the physical flow of work is well managed. This involves ensuring all work is reviewed and approved by necessary stakeholders at every stage and keeping them aware of any deviations from the schedule.
  • Assist Creative Team with various administrative functions as needed.

Project management support

  • Be one of the bridge between Account and Creation team regarding work assignment;
  • Support Creation team to get clear and full information/materials from Account team on specific projects;
  • Remind Creation team on the deliverables and timing;
  • Support Account team to get creation deliverables on time and on quality;
  • Prepare creation cost estimation for Account team based on project requirement and efforts estimation;
  • Control the project process, check the completeness of proceed pre-conditions before assign the work to next step;
  • 3rd party vendor/Freelancer management

Candidate Requirement:

  • At least 5 years working experience in international agency in traffic/digital account/project management or creation team
  • Able to estimate the efforts of creative work based on project requirement;
  • With Internet Marketing background;
  • Good English skills in both written and oral;
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks and pay attention to detail;
  • Clear and logic thinking, keep cool under pressure;
  • Proved experience on schedule and resource planning;
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;

Account Manager

Job Description

  • Facilitates and oversees creative and production processes – in particular, the information flow to creatives from clients/other departments which make for superior creative product.
  • Ensures that production quality standards are met for all the client’s creative needs.
  • Attends video shoots and some print shoots/radio recording sessions, as necessary and appropriate.
  • Oversees production and media budgets and directs activity so that agency stays within budget allotted by Client.
  • People/Performance Management for the staff under her/him.

Job Requirement

  • 3 years or above experience in international advertising agencies
  • Automotive brand experience will be a plus.
  • Mandarin and Fluent written and spoken English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Work under pressure
  • University degree, prefer business/marketing/advertising/communication background;

Account Executive

Job Description

  • Serves as day-to-day liaison with clients to ensure successful and timely completion of projects ranging from product launches to print, radio, television and any other medium.
  • Organizing meetings, with the necessary agendas and information.
  • Developing and maintaining an up-to-date record of all material published by the account group, including all financial, planning, research and creative work
  • Assist in the briefing process and provide the Creative Department with all the necessary information and stimulus for them to deliver against the agreed brief.
  • Manage the accuracy and timeliness of estimates and invoices, ensuring all approvals are sought before work begins

Job Requirement

  • Experience in international advertising agencies preferred.
  • Retail marketing experience will be a plus.
  • Mandarin and Fluent written and spoken English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Work under pressure
  • University degree, prefer business/marketing/advertising/communication background;

Strategic Planner / Junior Strategic Planner / Planning Assistant (depending on experience and capability)

Job Description

  • Will be actively in the front-line with clients, serving as the face of the agency’s strategic thinking and consumer insight prowess.
  • Will help clients initiate and manage consumer insight programs.
  • Will collaborate internally with creative and account management teams to identify insights and strategies that can inspire powerful ideas that help brand fulfill their goals.
  • Will actively participate in the office’s new business initiatives, contributing winning strategies.

Skills Required

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years’ experience in multinational agencies (4As).  Outside Strategic Planning, a strong practice in the related field of consumer-driven media strategy (e.g., from agencies like Naked or Sandbox) will also be considered if brand/creative strategy skills are present. The ideal candidate will be either local Chinese with automotive experience, or a non-Chinese (but should have spent at least 2 years in China and in the automotive category).

Craft Skills

  • Knows how to use and interpret market research of all forms; can synthesize information from different sources to help structure marketing problems, and identify opportunities.
  • Having technical market research skills is an advantage.
  • Must demonstrate a strong track record of mining for insights that provide a fresh perspective on consumers and brands.
  • Must have strong writing skills – including a strong command of the English language (both oral and written)
  • Must also possess strong presentation skills; can present in a manner that can powerfully sell agency’s thinking/ideas

Personal Characteristics

  • Collaborative, can work well within a team
  • Must be a strong communicator – both with the written and spoken word; is persuasive but not dogmatic.

Report to: Account Director

The Digital Account Manager scope of work covers:

Client service: Maintaining client relationships; coordinate with client and internally to fulfill client’s requirement; initialize professional suggestion / proposals to help client improve the online communication performance.

Digital project management and strategy: Initialize the online and interactive marketing campaign ideas/strategy; internally project implementation planning and process control; coordinate internally with Creative and IT department to create the digital ideas for difference marketing campaign; coordinate with offline team or other 3rd party to create integrated marketing communication concept and ideas; project implementation coordination and monitoring; project quality control; present proposal to client; cost estimate, cost control and payment monitoring; 3rd party vendor management and evaluation.

Digital Account Manager Candidate Requirement:

  • At least 2 years agency digital account/project management experience; experienced in providing service for international clients in agency;
  • With Internet Marketing background;
  • Good English skills in both written and oral;
  • Ability to handle online projects self-responsibly, pay attention to detail;
  • Basic understanding of Internet, mobile marketing or other e-marketing channels and with proven Internet, eMarketing, Mobile Marketing and other new media project experience;
  • Be good at team leading, schedule and resource planning;
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
  • Automobile industry related experiences are preferred.

Digital Associate Account Director:

Client: BMW China digital business

Report to: Account Director/Business Director

The Digital Associate Account Director scope of work covers:

  • Good English skills in both written and oral;
