Finance Manager  财务经理


  • Reporting to the Asia-Pacific CFO, you will partner the Managing Director of POSSIBLE China to ensure that finance and business processes (including HR / resource planning) are well managed to deliver optimal results.
  • You will provide financial, commercial and operational input to help with all aspects of business planning and running, and ensure that Senior Management understand and optimize POSSIBLE China’s business performance.
  • You need to be able to think at a strategic level while acting ‘hands-on’.
  • You will oversee financial, HR and operational matters, including P&L and cash management, analysis & reporting, sales forecasting, resource planning, project costing, internal controls, process improvement and ad-hoc projects.


  • Manage monthly, quarterly and year-end financial activities, including:
    • Financial / management reporting
    • Analysis of financial and operational performance
    • Cashflow management (including banking and treasury matters)
    • Assist POSSIBLE China’s MD to prepare budgets / forecasts.
  • Commercial / Project-based
    • Monthly revenue recognition process
    • Staff resource planning & utilisation
    • Project costing and client profitability reporting
    • Validating client cost estimates and help with pricing / contract negotiation.
  • Ensure compliance with WPP Group policies and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements.
  • Responsible for audit, tax and corporate secretarial matters for POSSIBLE China
    • Liaise with auditors, government authorities, tax agent, company secretary
    • Ensure compliance with local VAT, tax and fiscal requirements.
  • General
    • Work as business partner to POSSIBLE China MD and business unit heads across all financial, HR and operations matters
    • Identify potential financial improvements through analysis, reporting, budgeting and special projects
    • Assist with commercial contract review and ad-hoc projects.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance
  • 5+ years of experience in finance-roles, 2+ years of manager experience
  • Perfect professional ethics including confidentiality of all finance and HR matters
  • Knowledge of latest Accounting and Taxation regulations in China
  • Strong business acumen and managerial capability
  • Good analytical skills and ability to influence negotiations
  • Hard working and well-organized, self-motivated, good attention to detail, able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, good social capability, can work smoothly with colleagues across different departments
  • Good written and spoken English is a must for this role due to the group reporting requirements

(Senior) Engagement Manager (资深)客户经理


  • Business Planning – developing an annual strategy for each account (up-dated quarterly);
  • Accurate revenue/profit forecasting on client business on a monthly, on-going basis;
  • Managing the financial performance and profitability of client business;
  • Establishing excellent working relationships with senior client contacts, e.g. Marketing Directors;
  • Negotiating annual service levels and rates;
  • Maintaining an overview of all projects to ensure that both client needs and agency standards are achieved; that work is in line with strategy; that legal requirements are met; that all operational aspects run smoothly; that work is completed on time and to budget; and that financial targets are hit or exceeded;
  • Setting the standards and developing the strategy against which the above will be judged;
  • Pro-actively developing business to secure further projects from, and therefore financial development of, existing accounts;
  • Securing completely new business – pitch work & RFP’s;
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of clients, their businesses and the marketplaces in which they operate;
  • Managing solution brainstorms and development planning with client and internal teams;
  • Preparing and presenting proposals;
  • Obtaining agreement/closure to outstanding proposals;
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of POSSIBLE’s service offering, for example, the Engagement Management Team is expected to be able to discuss and sell all POSSIBLE Services and products;
  • Overseeing budget control, quoting and invoicing;
  • Being a complete advocate and ambassador for the company culture and structure;
  • Credibly challenging assumptions and thinking to ensure best possible consultancy;
  • Developing alternative and lateral solutions to briefs/issues.


  • 3-5 years’ experience as a local/regional account lead;
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking;
  • Ability to lead multi-disciplined teams across geographical locations;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and teams across regions;
  • CRM experience preferred but not required;
  • Fast learner and can adapt to changing situations;
  • Responsible and proactive in engagements with clients and teams.

Engagement Executive 客户主任


  • Serves as day-to-day liaison with clients to ensure successful and timely completion of digital marketing projects ranging from website launch, email marketing, SEM and SNS, as well as any other online mediums
  • Organize meetings, with the necessary agendas and information;
  • Develop and maintaining an up-to-date record of all material published by the engagement group, including all financial, planning, research and creative work;
  • Assist in the briefing process and provide the Creative Department with all the necessary information and stimulus for them to deliver against the agreed brief;
  • Manage the accuracy and timeliness of estimates and invoices, ensuring all approvals are sought before work begins.


  • Good written and oral English and Chinese;
  • At least 1 – 2 years’ experience in digital agency preferred;
  • Ability of manage project assignments on a day-to-day basis;
  • Good computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Passionate, open minded and hard-working.

Senior Art Director 资深美术指导


  • Create breathtaking visual concepts and executions across a range of categories for major global brands;
  • Lead & guide interactive designers to maintain POSSIBLE’s creative benchmarks;
  • Work with copywriters to develop innovative & polished campaign ideas.


  • Naturally creative and imaginative;
  • Possess an excellent eye for design & attention to detail;
  • Good Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash skill set;
  • Solid graphic and interface design capabilities;
  • Experience in designing smart phone applications a bonus;
  • Ability to draw and storyboard a bonus;
  • Able to strike a balance between generating fun ideas with aiding client meet their business objective;
  • Interested in the future of/and up to date with the latest interactive media;

  • Organized, self-motivated;
  • At least 4-5 years industry experience (unless you’re THAT good!)
