Associate Creative Director

Qualifications:

  • Seven to ten years of professional experience encompassing the following: A minimum of four years as a senior in at least two of the following areas: user xxperience design, multimedia, advertising, interactive advertising, game interface design, Internet design, marketing, publishing, broadcast, film or television
  • Has degree in and training in area of discipline expertise
  • Has successfully directed/ managed multidisciplinary creative teams in the production of Internet and multimedia products, and has worked in multi-disciplinary teams that included developers, artists, designers and writers
  • Strong creative and conceptual vision for multimedia, and the ability to execute high quality integrated interactive communications against strategic business objectives
  • Is an expert in graphic design including classic typography, composition, color theory, etc
  • Strong comprehension of information architecture disciplines and methodologies
  • Mastery of project concept creation, site architecture, user-interface specification, functionality specification and interactive design.
  • Strong understanding of front-end interactive design solutions for back-end data systems. Working knowledge of capabilities of different platforms and browsers, and their design constraints on the Web
  • Experience with the constraints and features of interaction and social media in China
  • Successful experiences working with and selling to clients
  • Ability to direct creative teams including user experience designers, visual designers, and writers
  • Strong time management and creative resource management capabilities
  • Has demonstrated ability to direct and multi-task effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfills leadership tasks and deliverables of an ACD in support of the office of the design director. Specifically, leads and directs the development and execution of short term (project specific) and long term (account specific) creative strategies
  • Ensures creative scope, schedule and budget are accurate
  • Develops and signs-off on creative estimates and ensures high quality, profitable execution of creative deliverables
  • Develops and executes account growth strategies with account core team members to meet account goals set by the engagement lead
  • Coordinates with creative director and resource manager in projections for, and assignment of, creative discipline group members to client projects.
  • Helps Design Director manage the creative staff, as well as helping to review staff.
  • Maintains an awareness of status and project deliverables of all discipline group members’ project work.
  • Facilitates and orchestrates contact between account creative team and client.
  • Participates constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications.
  • Contributes to the evolution and maintenance of each creative discipline workflow.

Web Designer & Sr. Web Designer

Responsibilities

  • Understand the project/campaign goals and its specific liabilities;
  • Develop the graphic design of the campaigns and solutions in collaboration with the creation director;
  • Participate actively to the ideation sessions;
  • Develop the layouts;
  • Redact the visual norms manual;
  • Manage the purchase of pictures, rights to pictures and illustrations (photo shoot, picture bank)
  • Be aware of the new trends in design and publicity.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash, capable of teaching and training others on best practices.
  • Strong web layout experience. Experience with grid based layout a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a role focused on graphic design.
  • Solid understanding of design principles and how it pertains to the web color, proportion, space, typography and layout.
  • A solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation.
  • Experience designing for cosmetic brands and e-Commerce a plus.

User Experience Designer

Responsibilities:

  • clarify and streamline the interface and elevate the user experience
  • create wireframes and navigation flows
  • use quantitative and qualitative feedback to iterate and refine functionality
  • advocate for the user across dev and design teams and make things happen
  • Participate in the development of prototype usability tests and the creation of reports.
  • Develop user archetypes: search, personas, scenarios of tasks and mental models.
  • Conduct competitive analysis on ergonomics, digital communications, strategy and design

Qualifications:

  • Work closely with clients to craft interactive solutions that serve their business needs.
  • 5 years of professional experience in online information architecture.
  • A university degree in graphic design, communications, cognitive science or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter, proactive, cooperative and dynamic.
  • Excellent writing skills (reports, analyses, proposals).
  • Excellent knowledge of current technologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office and Axure (Photoshop and Illustrator an asset).

Art Director

Responsibilities

Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Gather information on the customers’ annual business plan, marketing plan, work plan etc. at the beginning of the year in order to establish proposed work plan and value-proposition
  • Write proposal – scope of work; Write briefs
  • Lead and work with the production team to develop formal proposal to secure contracts for recurring works and new opportunities
  • Establish master plan to identify timeline and resource requirements for all secured contracts
  • Supervise account executive and production team project completion (budget, deadlines, human and technical resources)
  • Participate in the evaluation of project feasibility
  • Ensure coordination between the client and the internal project team
  • Participate in specs and client requirements definition
  • Ensure internal communication with the production team

Social Media Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting social media planning, buying and monitoring for our clients
  • Produce campaign reports and trafficking functions.
  • Work with Account Serving team to identify optimal social media channels that can help build clients’ businesses and brands
  • Keeping abreast the latest trends and developments in the social media industry locally and abroad
  • Prepare online materials, whole ad display process executive
  • Competitive analysis and Campaign review, Brand investigation.
  • AD optimization Plan, media performance monitor, data analysis.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of working experience(Fresh graduates are also welcomed)

Media Executive

Responsibilities

  • Manage media deployment display
  • Collect data from media publishers and partner agencies on a timely basis for the development of media reports – daily, weekly and monthly
  • Systemisation of media performance data into media analysis template
  • Manage the resolution of campaign issues with media publishers and/or media agency partners
  • Preparation of campaign media performance
  • Provide contact reports of communications and agreement with media publishers and agency partners
  • Provide input into the development of client media performance by tracking the media landscape and competitor monitoring during campaign periods

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree required
  • 1+ yrs. relevant experience within an media buying agency or digital agency
  • Well versed in interactive marketing and related disciplines

Digital Strategy Planner

Responsibilities:

  • Research, insights, human centered methodology
  • Contribute creatively in generating ideas, and participate in, or facilitate brainstorm sessions to think up strategies and develop innovative digital tools and solutions
  • Express the vision clearly and translate these ideas into digital strategies
  • Elaborate innovative and creative digital strategies that produce results

Qualifications:

  • University degree of marketing or advertising, business administration etc.

Junior Analyst

Responsibilities

Web analytics

  • Analyze traffic sources, engagement, page flow, and site conversion with web analytics tools
  • Own and manage site tagging to ensure track-ability and measurability
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve site conversion, navigation and engagement
  • Manage web analytics resources, including tool evaluation and migration
  • Work closely with media planner to track digital media performance and advise on optimization opportunities

Campaign analysis

  • Own and manage campaign measurement from data tracking, consolidation to interpretation
  • Analyze campaign performance with a holistic view from digital media to website and conversions
  • Develop marketing dashboards to provide regular measurement reporting for clients
  • Prepare client presentations with actionable insights and recommendations to improve client’s marketing ROI

Value add to Insights & Analytics team

  • Build knowledge database with past campaign results to for internal sharing, e.g. KPI benchmarking, campaign planning
  • Assist in new business pitches

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, statistics, economics, or social science
  • 1+ years of experience in data and analytics, particularly web analytics

Technical skills

  • First-hand experience in web analytics tools, e.g. Omniture, Web Trends, Google Analytics
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing performance metrics
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Bi-lingual in Chinese and English
